Review Time
I ordered 2 products on 03/09/25 and its now 22/09/25 and my order has still not arrived. I have sent 2 emails and a direct message (from their site) asking for information on where my products are (that I have already paid for), only for my emails to be completely ignored. Will not be ordering from RUMI again.In response to your reply, that was the email address I used to contact your customer service team and had no response (all 3 times), absolutely appalling customer service.
Appalling customer service. I placed an order but then cancelled it within minutes of placing it, as I was told was possible in the confirmation email. However I was told the following day the order had been shipped. I emailed again asking for a refund - they did refund me but not the full amount I paid. I’ve emailed several times asking for an explanation but absolute silence. And the order never arrived anyway.
Ordered goods on 19 September 2025. Have chased several times via their website and email reply facility. Was asked to provide my full name, email address and shipping/billing address which I did but no further communication from the company.Elaine Walker21 October 2025Within 24 hours of my review appearing I received an email from Rumi Cosmetiques advising my order was cancelled. I'm grateful every day for the quality of Rumi mascara and the lift it gives me each morning. The Rumi products are perfect, durable and offer best value. Before I discovered Rumi, I struggled to find a product that does not iritate my eyes. Rumi ticks all the boxes in every way.
UPDATE - To set the record straight, I received a refund from Rumi Cosmetiques fairly quickly after my negative review. It's a shame that I had to resort to this as I've used this product before and it is one of the few that have been very effective.**************************************************Order #187888 - I emailed you on the 11th and 23rd September but you haven't replied.You sent me a small tester version of the LashCare+ Serum instead of the full size in branded packaging. I have ordered this product twice before this order and so am fully aware of the size of the item.If you haven't actioned a refund or sent me the product I ordered and paid for within 7 days, I will contact my credit card company to refund my payment and also Trading Standards to make an official complaint about Rumi Cosmetiques.It appears, according to other comments on here, I am not alone in being ignored and using this platform is only way to elicit a response. I would suggest that you respond to me directly via email in order to limit any further damage to your company's reputation.
I have a subscription with Rumi as, not only are the products consistently brilliant, but the customer service is also excellent. I searched for years for a mascara that doesn't flake or find its way into my eye creases as the hours pass. The same with an eye-pencil that stays put. I've found them and I'm not budging, just as they're not budgimg from where I paint them!
I’m 50 years old and I ordered the eye liner and blush stick and am absolutely blown away with these products. They glide so easily over my skin which I appreciate on the eye area which can be sensitive at times.My second order of the eye liner unfortunately broke when I took off the lid. It was replaced promptly by Rumi! The customer service is as amazing as the products! Thank you :)
