Very disappointed with this company. The eyeliner i ordered didn't live up to the standard expected. I contacted customer services for a possible exchange. They told me my email address didn't match my order number. The evidence of my order was sent to them several times. They have never replied and appeared to ignore all correspondence. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is obviously meaningless
I have been a regular customer of Rumi Cosmetics even having an order for 3 monthly delivery of products but when it came to cancelling they said i didn’t exist !!!!! The mascara is good but customer service appalling even though I am bombarded with emails with hearts on
I received dark brown HairMagic, which was too light for my hair. I contacted customer service the next day (an AI bot, evidently) for a refund and was made aware several times of their policy (keep the product; $5 charge and non refundable shipping). Then I was told that my order number, and then email address, shipping address and phone number could not be located. After providing screenshots of their purchase emails, I was asked for a photo or video “demonstrating its color to my hair as proof of record.” A waste of my time of for a $16 refund, although I am still owed. Very poor and frustrating customer service.
Rumi mascara is quite simply the best mascara I have ever used! i have finally found a mascara that combines both qualities: volume and length. I make sure to never run out, and make sure that I have back up mascara! I have tried many mascaras over the years, and none of them come even closed to Rumi mascara. Try it! You will not be disappointed! 5 stars!
I bought your mascara. I have always had thin lashes and always get fake ones which destroy your eyelashes and make them even thinner. This mascara is a game changer. It really makes your lashes thick and long as if you are wearing fake lashes are also very natural I would not use any other one now.
I’ve been a long and loyal customer to Rumi, regularly buying their Mascara, which is one of the best on the market,but I’ve since bought OTHER PRODUCTS, which have been absolutely AWFUL & a WASTE of MONEY, e.g: Their New MAGIC HAIR CONCEALER, which is one of the WORST on the market, along with their EYEBROW & EYELASH SERUMS! But what’s most FRUSTRATING is their APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve emailed them 4 TIMES & NOT ONE RESPONSE! You’re better off buying your Hair Concealer from Amazon (Thick Fibre), for a lot LESS MONEY, but WORKS! And sticking to the well known name , RAPID Lash / Brow for your serums, as you get GOOD RESULTS from them & NOT WASTE your Money on RUMI Products, APART from their MASCARA!
