I bought your mascara. I have always had thin lashes and always get fake ones which destroy your eyelashes and make them even thinner. This mascara is a game changer. It really makes your lashes thick and long as if you are wearing fake lashes are also very natural I would not use any other one now.
UPDATE: Received a response from Rumi to this review. Followed up with Order information and STILL ZERO RESPONSE!! Horrible customer service!Placed an order and had issues with delivery. Have been messaging Rumi for one month - more than a dozen messages unanswered! I tried the “contact us” option on the website, no response there either. I thought Rumi was a decent product but apparently their customer service went AWOL. Last option is file a claim through my credit card apparently.Update: Rumi I provided the order number as requested. My order is still MIA. I’ve never even heard of Royal Mail.
I recently ordered a mascara and eyeliner after ordering before and being happy with the products. Like Jackie below, my eyeliner is dry as a bone and painful to even put on. It is hard and almost gritty. My eyes were actually sore after trying to get it on. I won’t order again as it was too expensive to be so useless.
I’m a repeat customer, having used Rumi cosmetiques for 18 months and have recommended to lots of friends and family, who’ve also now become regular customers. Imagine how I felt when I received my last order (2 eye liners) and they were both unusable due to them being dry? I’ve used their contact page, emailed them but to no avail. Completely ignoring me! How rude! I’m so disappointed and really didn’t want to stoop to leaving a bad review, but it seems like it might encourage a response. I wonder just how their products are stored as both of these eye liner are complete unfit for purpose. I even had to press really hard to produce a mark on a piece of paper, so there’s no way I could drag the liner onto my eye lid. I’ve used previously but both of these were completely unusable. So disappointing and shame on Rumi for not getting back to me. I thought I’d found a website I could rely on and use forever. How wrong I was! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
First of all, thank you from heart to the Rumi's family. I bumped into Rumi Cosmetiques by chance on the internet. I am a 66 years old lady who loves discovering make up products. I was attracted by HairMagic+ hairline powder. I bought it in the dark brown shade just before new shades came in. I am so happy with the results that I am planning to buy a new shade, maybe Chocolate Brown or even Copper to add a twist to my base color.I am happy with the other products I received: the LushLine+ Waterproof Eyeliner and the PowerBrow+ Tinted Eyebrow Gel (which I have already reviewed).I am planning to buy the Eyeliner in the dark brown shade.As you can understand, I am getting quite happy with Rumi.Just a question: are you planning to make a concealer too? I am sure it would be a best seller for senior ladies, do you agree?
I was not familiar with this company, so before ordering I did read some of their reviews. I read that their customer service was excellent. That certainly turned out to be true for me! They offered an email and when I realized that I needed to get in touch with them, I reached out and got a response right away!
I ordered a mascara on 15/9/25.I received an email saying it was on its way . Sadly I cannot track it . I have emailed at least six times . I received one email saying sorry small company it’s on its way . But nothing since and I can no longer track via Royal Mail . Sadly I do not believe I will ever receive my order.
I ordered 2 products on 03/09/25 and its now 22/09/25 and my order has still not arrived. I have sent 2 emails and a direct message (from their site) asking for information on where my products are (that I have already paid for), only for my emails to be completely ignored. Will not be ordering from RUMI again.In response to your reply, that was the email address I used to contact your customer service team and had no response (all 3 times), absolutely appalling customer service.
