I bought the cleaver after reading the reviews on here and their website so took a chance. So glad I did, the cleaver arrived in three weeks, it’s very well balanced, good weight and as sharp as a razor. It cuts through raw and cooked meat like a hot knife through butter. On the other end of the scale it will slice a cherry tomato as thin as paper without crushing it, all this at an incredible price! It comes in a sheath with a sharpening stone and the tracking only stalled between countries flight customs. The tracking was accurate until flight but then picked up by Royal Mail in the UK and delivered as said. Super happy with this purchase!!!
AVOID!!The product arrived eventually however the product does not match the pictures on the web.Poor quality product.It is not Damascus steel and is fake Chinese rubbish.You could buy one on Temu for £15.I have sent numerous emails to return product but I’m not getting a reply.The phone number you can get on the web is not working.
So angry with myself, I ordered 2 knives for my sons for Christmas, was given a tracking number and they haven’t sent the parcel, I normally check reviews but didn’t this time, after reading the very poor comments I have messaged them to cancel and refund, fingers crossed. I will not buy anything from China so fuming.
As most people who bought these knives have stated they are cheap stainless steel laser engraved to look like Damascus steel. They do not hold an edge, after one use they require sharpening. They look nice but not worth the asking price web site should be taken down for giving false information. Where are the advertising standards agency when you need them.
Like others ordered knives which look beautiful on their site and claimed to be carbon steel/ multiple forged damascus. Arrived items priced at 400 quid are fake laser engraved non damascus steel and look totally different to those advertised. I should have checked reviews here because in their website, they mimic Trustpilot stars/reviews and those are positive and fake. Dealing with PayPal to cancel buy in 3 deal and to get my refund. Avoid unless you love trouble.
Terrible company to deal with. In the process of trying to return a knife set. The parcel arrived with a UK address and the website states they will provide a return shipping label. They refused to provide me with a label and insisted I return the set to an address in China. The package is now stuck in China, undelivered, and they are not responding to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'!! Ordered a knife on 15th January, emailed on the 26th for an update as status was still showing as 'Order Confirmed'. Received an email in response waffling on about shipping leads without actually committing to a delivery date. Status changed to 'In Transit' and a Royal Mail tracking ref was provided. We are now on the 10th Feb and Royal Mail website is still showing they haven't actually received the item - Sakuto simply raised a tracking number to appease me it seems. When I emailed again to query I received a reply blaming Covid-19 for the logistical issues. Have requested a refund 3 times now and still haven't received confirmation this is being processed. This morning I received an email stating package will be delivered in 5-9 business days. I replied informing them it is no longer wanted as I have already ordered an alternative from a different website which was delivered in 2 days! Luckily I paid through Paypal so will be raising the issue with them and hopefully will get my money back. I highly doubt this is a legitimate company and wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs - do not give them your money!!
Don't buy anything form these people .The knives are beyond poor quality when they eventually arrive .The edge on mine lasted a week and has now crumbled .I doubt it's Damascus either. It looks lazer etched. I don't need tge hassle of trying to return it and getting nowhere so I'll take the loss
Ordered on 23rd January, and dispatch was 26th. Arrived 9th February.Edited my review as the seller did eventually reply but please note that the postage is not 5-10 days for the UK as stated on the website. However it did arrive and is as described.Changing review from 1* to 4*.
