Ordered set of knives on Boxing Day

Ordered set of knives on Boxing Day, they haven’t arrived yet… have sent several emails that the company has not responded too have also tried to call them on there contact no which is a mobile that is always switched off.. starting to wonder if they are a legitimate company

Found it cheaper after buying and to be fair to seller he refunded the difference. Knife is fine sharpens much better than a Victorinox, so I' happy enough with it.

My knife broke after 3 months I’m in correspondence but by the look of the comments here I’m not going to get anywhere . Avoid !

Seems to be a scam

Ordered a full set of knives on november 25th and as of 18th December have still not recieved, no confirmation or tracking has been provided, cannot get in contact with anyone bar an automated email to tell me my email will be answered in 2-3 days, which it is not. No christmas present and have lost almost £300 😔 AVOID!

Wrong item sent and no communication about a new one or refund!!

I ordered a knife on 6th November, I received this on Tuesday 22nd November, fair enough it came within the quoted time frame of 12-19 days, however my issues are that they sent me completely the wrong item. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. I emailed to say I needed the correct item sending asap as this is for a Christmas gift, they said they would send me one out the next day but it will take another 12-19 days. I said that’s ok but I asked for the new tracking number so I can see when this is going to arrive, they have not responded to my emails asking for this and I have chased it multiple times. I have now asked for a refund and address to send the wrong item back to and again no response. Stay clear of this seller as you’re more than likely going to encounter issues.

Am still waiting for my knife where’s customer support

Am still waiting for my knife. Have sent three emails for an update on tracking and not received a response as yet. That’s very worrying. No update in tracking ordered on the 6th nov tracking updated on 7th and it’s gone no further . Will try phoning but it looks like a mobile number . Hope to hear from them now for some comforting update

Sadly I have only just read the reviews regarding this Company. They are a joke do not respond to emails and the phone number on their web site (a mobile) is always switched off. There is simply no way of contacting them. I ordered a full set of knives and received a tracking number from Sakuto. I placed the order in Oct 22 and it showed the order as being processed and subsequently out for delivery in May 22!! After finally getting hold of Royal Mail they confirmed that the order was not even for me.Please avoid this company that are not what they seem from their web site.What I am experiencing seems par for the course so I suspect I can kiss my money goodbye
