Secret coco have been amazing I ordered 3 sets loved 2 of them one was slightly too big and didn’t suit my figure shape however the customer service was amazing let me swap it for another size and a different style will defiantly shop here again :)
I ordered because it looked amazing on my Instagram algorithm feed. What arrived was wildly different from what I ordered. I emailed customer service and no one got back to me. Lesson learned to not fall for Instagram adverts. The quality is also deplorable.
I ordered £240 worth of lingerie from secretcoco - STAY AWAY - terrible quality. I want to return all my items, I tried to cancel my order after reading reviews and they told me I couldn’t cancel as the order had already shipped. Secretcoco is a SCAMThis is not a business anyone should engage with. Let me get straight to the point by listing the issues1. False Marketing 2. Atrocious product quality 3. Missing products (if you dare to order)4. No company registration number or details on site 5. No contact details other than a support email6. No adherence to their own documented return policy 7. If you bother to read their ‘Terms of Service’, section 5 actually states the following: “We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.”This effectively states that this company can sell you animal dung, market it as exquisite lingerie and if you (the consumer) don’t like it, then tough! I have read previous reviews (sadly only after making a purchase myself) and can only confirm the exact same poor experience of others users who have voiced their frustration and disappointment here.I have been trying to return the rags I received and get my money back but alas, they refuse to provide a return address or return my money and after 14 days of waiting for a promised refund, there is no money back, just silence.Buyer BEWARE….. This site needs to be SHUT DOWN.
The sizing is very small. I am a UK size 14 and I sized up, to a large which should be a 16-18. A 'nightdress' fits me like a very tight fitting vest. I was offered a free exchange... but there is no larger size. I was offered a 50% refund and to keep the items. I was then offered to return the items, but shipping at my own expense... which is very expensive. I have kept them - I suspect they will go in the recycling. I wish I had never seen the advert.
DO NOT BUY!!! REALLY BAD QUALITY, LOOKS GREAT ONLINE BUT THE REAL THING IS POOR QUALITY. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS, THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME A THIRD BACK AS THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SO I ACCEPTED AND THEY'RE NOW IGNORING ME. POOR QUALITY AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
