Shipping took two weeks from china. Product was listed as "leather" now changed to vegan leather in description. Poorly made. Overpriced. The edges of the harness I bought were raw edges so they felt rough and hurt the skin. I also don't know what proportions you think the human body are even adjustable parts don't fit.Avoid and save money. Drop shipping for premium.
Terrible customer service!! The items I received were alright, not bad quality, but I’m no expert on women’s laundry. However, I would strongly recommend people to spend their money elsewhere and AVOID! this company. I bought three nightwear items for my wife, but she did not like them and also did not try anything on. I requested a refund and followed the returns instructions outlined in their policy. They responded with an offer for a 20% refund on my items. They claimed that the seal on the packaging had been broken, therefore the items were not eligible for a refund. But as a goodwill gesture, they were willing to offer me a 20% refund. The items were delivered in an open and closed zip tie mechanism, so this accusation was incorrect, but they still insisted that the seals were broken even though I sent them pictures. They then offered me a 50% refund and I was able to keep the items. I stood my ground and demanded a full refund. I raised my issue with my bank which was very helpful and was able to claim my money back from Secret CoCo and I eventually won the dispute. It’s clear to see that they have a reputation for this kind of behaviour.
Absolute scam,Do not burn your money, time, and energy with this company in anyway.It's all wasted and for naught.And please please do not buy anything, as I did, I feel terrible that the whole experience could have been prevented with a simple Google search.I impulse bought..... Burnt, for the first time in a long time.Can't believe I got sucked in and parted with hard earned money for these scammers.Oh, and since they replied, their support is patronising AI. Awful. All items were faulty, not correctly sized, and very bad quality (think Temu quality but expensive prices). Delivery took around three weeks. I’ve emailed and emailed and no reply from customer services. I saw a review that mentioned a quick google search would’ve prevented this. Totally agree. What a terrible company, and massive scam. Edit: Secret coco have replied. They have asked me to email them or to fill in the form on their website. I already did this, on the 12th January! Will forward the original email again.
Quality was so cheap, the sizing was all wrong and it was falling apart before I could even try it on. I bought three sets, all in size S. Even though they were all labelled S, every part of each set was a different size. Even within one set (Quinn) the bottoms were tinier than an XS size, and the corset was literally bulging from how large it was. Also the corset was very different from the video promotional photos. Do not buy from this place. I will be attempting to return my items, though from the other reviews, I am worried that will also be an issue.So disappointed!
