Very poor service

Took weeks arrive and when they did the sizing is really off... I'm a size 8 so ordered small but the items were really tight.... I've emailed them 3 times to exchange for a larger size - They've asked for photo's of the items and said they'd provide me with a unique code to exchange... I've sent photo's but now I can't get a reply... it all feels very dodgy. I won't order again.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMI've never had a worst customer service. I ordered my purchase on 18/05/2025. It has now been 72 days. I have not received the order. A month ago I said I want a refund. They finally said they processed 14 days ago. I have not received my money back. Total scam. I will take this to the authorities. This is outrageous.

Dreadful company

Ordered bra set and sizes were completely wrong. Bra to small despite being medium, corset to big. Disaster! Website claims to accept returns....BS! Asked for larger bra and they said not possible as only sold as set. Would not accept return and after weeks offered 50% money back. Complete waste of time and money. Dreadful company.....do not go near them.

Missing pieces.

When the lingerie arrived, it looked okay in the packaging, except when I open it the lingerie was cheap looking and very badly made. There was a piece missing, which I emailed the company about and they gave me the run around about taking photos and sending them in to customer service. What a scam. I didn't receive the missing piece. So I will never wear the lingerie. What a waste of good money.

AVOID

AVOID! Awful company, charge luxury amounts of money for Chinese rubbish. Takes weeks to arrive. Refused full refund and made to post back to china or accept 50% and keep the trash goods. They take weeks to respond when they finally bother! Trash goods and even worse customer service! A month later I’m still trying to get a refund. Wish I read the reviews first. They make money by scamming people!!!

Customer service is NON EXISTANT

Customer service is NON EXISTANT, even though they say otherwise. I ordered 3 garments, based on their sixing charts, only one was right. I have emailed numerous times, to no avail, after getting a return email initially. STAY AWAY

Wish I'd read the reviews

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Quality is poor and returns policy not transparent. Customer service is awful and unresponsive despite the 'let us make it right for you' emails. I am now planning legal redress for recovery of my costs. Steer clear of this company !!!!(The reply below is just a standard response i have received this twice by email. All I want is a refund ! Seems the only way is to name and shame unfortunately. Wish it has just been dealt with properly...)

Abysmal customer services, avoid

I'm having the same experience as other reviewers in the UK or Europe - very poor customer service, and an apparently non-existent returns policy. Absolutely shocking. I also found that when ordering online and paying via apple pay, the delivery insurance fee (which I had declined) was charged to my order. I have had no response from the customer services about this issue. Total waste of money, please avoid like the plague.

Failed to deliver, no customer service response

Update: despite their response below, they have failed to respond to my email and have not processed a refund, even though the parcel is now returned to them. I will now raise a charge back with my bankPlaced an order with ETA 5-9 business days.- After 3 weeks, I emailed for an update as tracking showed no progress.- After 4 weeks, they replied saying that they could not deliver due to an incorrect address. I confirmed they did have my correct address.- After 5 weeks, I emailed again for an update as they had not replied.- After 6 weeks, after still no reply, I emailed asking for a refund.- Still no reply

If I could rate a minus I honestly would. I rarely leave reviews but feel impelled to on this occasion to hopefully stop others wasting time and money. Ordered items at the start of Jan took over a month and to arrive, customer service is awful so actually assumed I’d been scammed. Items eventually arrived and beyond awful, cuts on all items were totally out so their size guide is irrelevant! Have battled for weeks to try and get any sort of a refund but they insist on you paying the return to China even though items are not as advertised and not fit for purpose so their money back guarantee is complete BS ! The quality of these items make Temu and Shein look like Harrods .. avoid !
