This is by far the worse customer service experience I have had with any online experience ever!!! Do not bother buying from this website. First off I ordered some lingerie from here before Christmas and the order never reached me as it was lost in transit. When I tried to get in contact with said seller which by the way only means of contact is via email because the place is based in China so they obviously don’t want to deal with all the bad service they give any other way, I would sporadically get a response apologising like they were really willing to help you. In fairness the replacement was received but by the time I did I no longer required them. So I sent them straight back which was mid December and even up until now I have not been issued a refund on said items that were sent back. Like I said bad experience and even worse customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Better off paying a bit more and get from somewhere else.
SecretCoco is Junk Chinese crap. Looks nothing like photos, and blatantly lied about material its made from. Also, terrible customer service. I recently bought a "leather" harness from SecretCoco for my wife. It came straight from China drop shipper "Gofo", so i know it came from the Chinese manufacture. The harness is junk thin pleather- its basically stamped plastic, its not real leather, despite the listing says "leather", and despite this harness being marked down from $160 to $54, implying that its a genuine leather product being discounted. This item is not worth more than $5, its very flimsy, cheap, the metal components that hold it all together feel light weight and cheap, and would easily break off with a little force - reminds me of cheap Halloween costumes material. I'm currently trying to get a refund and so far Ive sent 3 emails, and have only gotten one email response from SecretCoco customer service offering me a 20% discount refund- to which I've refused. So far, no response to my other 2 emails requesting immediate return instructions. Very odd for a company that offers on the website a "30 day money back guarantee". I did a little research and found very similar faux leather harness with same design and material on Ali-express less than $5. Has the same stamped leather pattern and color, and cheap metal components. Save your time and headache, this website is scamming folks, and praying they go away when they ask for a refund. I wont be easily deterred. Credit card company has been notified for a charge back, and have plenty of photo evidence to make the case. Read the other reviews and avoid this company.
Absolute Rubbish!On arrival went straight into the bin. Wasn't going to embarrass myself or insult my partner by offering her such a poor quality and obviously badly copied piece of erotic lingerieit's clear that the items photographed on their website are genuine items bought from a reputable manufacturer and the items sent out to customers are just cheaply made poor quality copies.The alarm bell should have been the lack of an active link to their now obviously false TrustPilot rating.
The lingerie is the same stuff you find for $2 on Shein or Fashion Nova. They have better stuff on Amazon. They drop ship it from China. They headquarter the company in the EU (Netherlands) and then tell you all this ridiculous mumbo jumbo rules about returns. Luckily, we didn't try it or open anything. Sent them pictures.They immediately started haggling with me on a return. They offered 15% off to keep the lingerie. Then 20%. Then 35%. I stood firm requesting 75%. Finally they sent a return form to a Chinese factory. You pay shipping back to China governed by the laws of the Netherlands for $4 in lingerie. Eventually I asked them for a 50% credit to cut my losses and they let me keep the lingerie.
DO NOT BUY IT FROM THEM!!!!! Is a scam!!!! I would like to leave a minus star if i could! The product we got is completely different than the website!! The cutting & the quality was shocking! When we ask for the return they just keep negotiating with us. We insisted to get a full refund, then they send us the return address which is in china! It’s thousands mile away from Europe and never reply afterwards! I google the return address found that there are many more online shop which its operated from them and customer got the same issue - Terrible quality, completely different than the website and extremely hard to return. Those websites are - Northmere, Diana&Rose Boutique, Olivia Micheal, Klenient etc‼️
Don't buy from them ... is not realThey took our money and never delivered the parcel. After one month of trying to contact them, just after threatening them with legal charges, they finally replied, asking to return the parcel to get our refund ... the question is... how can we get our refund if there is no parcel???? LOOKS LIKE A SCAM. Don't buy in here!
Absolutely terrible experience. My order took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the “leather” item was cheap, poor quality, and not even leather as advertised. I requested a refund and was repeatedly given excuses, delays, and contradictory information. They even promised a full refund without return, then later asked for tracking for a return I was never required to make. After weeks of chasing them with no refund ever appearing, I had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Completely unprofessional and misleading — I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
4 things ordered - 1 incorrect item sent, 1 poor fit, 2 poor quality! If you like speaking to AI robots for customer service then this is the company for you.. say all the right things in their responses… then does none of them!!Similar to other recent reviewers am further out of pocket for return shipment to china, only for it to be rejected due to incomplete address supplied, only to find out later their returns warehouse is in the Netherlands?!? 6months later, still promised £161 refund, but nothing to show for it.
