AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I had come here to look for reviews on this company before purchasing from them. As others have said, regardless of their website they don’t do returns/refunds. When my item arrived I could see instantly it wasn’t going to fit so didn’t even try it on. Went straight back to them to arrange a return & refund to which I was told they don’t do refunds. I’ve since been going back forth with them since September so almost 3 months. They said they would offer me a 30% refund. 30%?! What a joke. have I received it? OF COURSE NOT. Every email I get from them, they just repeat the same message ‘it’s with the finance department’ and they will let me know when they have a response. I never get a response and constantly having to chase them. It’s an absolute joke, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Terrible quality!! So cheaply made. Threads fraying all everywhere. Considering these items aren’t on the lower end of the cost scale, you would expect a lot more!!Sizing is way off, even using the size guide on the website. Returns process stated unopened packaging only. Impossible to see the size and quality without opening it!
Awful sizing, poorly made, poor customer service.Been waiting 5 weeks for an agreed refund of 30% only. Shocking customer service. Some items poorly made (the one that wasn’t way over sized - strapped snapped immediately when putting it on due to the flimsy way it was attached to the metal hook). Sizing not great meaning you’ll likely need to return things but then never be able to and good luck seeing your refund! Last email not responded to, I hope that’s not because they plan on just ignoring me now! Just leaving some warning reviews at this stage as I’m so fed up with the service being provided!Also took forever to arrive in the first place and their policy on returns is ridiculous - how you are supposed to buy something that you can’t return when their sizings are so different is beyond me!
As other reviews stated, item arrives in cheap plastic packaging from China. The quality of the items are shocking. Stitching falling apart (just on opening, not even worn), random bits of material stuck in seams where there should be no material, fraying on all the edges of cuts and the sizing on the bra is completely off. I ordered a small, but the under bust measurement is so big I could wrap it around my body nearly twice so it wouldn't even stay in place on the tightest clasp. This company is a complete con - a swanky website with prices that denote a certain level of quality - but it falls so far below expectations at this price point. What you receive is a knock off product that probably cost £1 or less to produce - absolute rip off. I can only hope they can redeem themselves by responding appropriately to my complaint. If not, I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - the reviews are all accurate.
Absolutely horrendous, the products are of terrible quality, arriving in cheap plastic bags with stickers on with Chinese writing on, these garments are mass produced rubbish in China you would pay Shein prices for. The customer service is terrible, their own returns policy states you still get the returns information with 24hrs, I’m now on day 4 and my 4th time of asking for the returns details, they are now saying they have 3 other options for me:1. If the product lacks quality, please send us a photo. We’ll verify it and resend the order.2. If the product lacks quality, send us a photo. You can choose a new product from our store, which will be sent for free. No need to return the current item.3. I can request a 30% refund without the need to return the item, saving you shipping costs.All of the above goes against their own return policy, they have been provided all the details needed including a photo showing all 3 products unopened in the bags as per the policy requirement for a return. Please save your money and time, don’t entertain these people with an order you will be gravely disappointed and most probably end up out of pocket.
This is a cheap dropshipping e-commerce that sells cheap chinese products.I returned the product and never received my money back. Now they say I never sent it back, I have the proof that it was returned.It's more than a month waiting for the money back.
