Review Time
I ordered a dress online which turned out to be a little bit large - so I had to go through the process to return it (its a shame they dont accept in store returns and their return window is so short)I ordered the smaller size but it turns out it was a flaw in their website that doesnt reflect the warehouse, and they were actually out of that size! I was kind of OK with the previous slightly larger size and was considering just getting it altered, but after this bad experience, not sure I want to bother re-ordering for a 3rd time, while I am also still waiting to be refunded.This dress was also not even available to try on in the flagship store which is meant to be the largest store. everytime i have gone to the store to at least try something on live, since their website is terrible, they never have it in store....You need to improve your customer experience.
No words can describe how grateful I am to the self portrait customer service team. I recently bought my wedding dress with them and it was perfect. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and when I went back to order the correct size it was sold out! The customer service team were incredibly helpful and managed to find my size. They had it sent to me within 24 hours…just in time for my wedding! I’m so grateful to them for their help
