I ordered a dress on the website, but I was not sure about my size. So, I contacted e-mail and asked to cancel my order.And the person who wrote the reply was so kind.I really appreciate all the efforts and hard work.Within a day, the order was cancelled.Thank you so much for your kind response.
Jacqueline was amazing. When my order was missing after saying it had been delivered, she immediately reached out after I contacted them. She contacted the courier and assured me that they would be able to help. After, I confirmed that I had searched for order and was confident I did not receive it, she sent a replacement order. I have never received such immediate and helpful support from a brand. I'm very grateful for her help!
I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Self-Portrait, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.Firstly, it took over three weeks to receive my dresses. This delay was unacceptable and completely ruined my plans for an event I was supposed to attend. The delivery time was far from what I expected from a high-end brand.Secondly, one of the dresses didn’t fit, and returning it turned out to be a nightmare. I had to pay 53 Euros just to send it back, which is an outrageous amount. The process of arranging a courier and dealing with customs was incredibly time-consuming and stressful.Overall, the service I received was horrible. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Due to this unacceptable service, I will never order from Self-Portrait again, and I will make sure to let everyone know about the poor service I received.Save yourself the trouble and avoid shopping with Self-Portrait. There are plenty of other brands out there that offer much better customer service and a more reliable shopping experience.
Worst ever customer service. I bought 3 dresses in same colour different styles. 2 of them i did not like and returned them after receiving 2 days later. The dresses have tags and the box came with it. 5 days later received an email that they receive my return but showing the dress i kept. After sending dress that i kept pictures and all the return emails etc. They have discussed the return team and found only one dress. Other dress is still missing. I will never shop from them again. I am still trying to prove them i have sent the dress to them. I dont know how anymore. I truly wished that i had taken pictures etc also read these reviews.
