Awful experience

Awful experience. My dress was received damaged, with several loose threads and a big scratch down the waist to my leg. Costumer service sent a standard text of how to return the dress, at my own cost.It’s awful paying for quality product, only for it to arrive in a terrible condition, and without receiving little to no help from costumer service. First and last time ordering from here.

Terrible online customer services

Terrible online services.1. They only offer a 14 day return period for items you buy online.2. They charge £5.50 for delivery.3. If you buy in the sale they charge £3.50 for returns4. If they have an offer such as 10% during the refund period they won't price match so you can essentially pay 10% more for ordering on the wrong day and they won't do anything to help because if you return and rebuy which is a pain for you and for them you'll lose £11 in shipping and £3.50 in return feesIt feels like they do everything they can to make the return process difficult There's a common theme here self portrait your customer service and returns policy does not match the luxury service you are charging customers forIf you decide to change your policy for the better you will match your luxury prices, customers will be more satisfied and your staff probably too!

Order cancelled. Terrible customer service

I ordered a beautiful white beaded sequin dress for my daughters batmitzvah which we were very excited to receive but a week after we ordered it I got an email to say my order had been cancelled. I phoned up self portait directly and customer service were very unhelpful and when I asked to speak to her line manager she wouldnt take my details but asked me to email in

Poor Return Service

I ordered 2 items during their sales period. One of the items was faulty so I sent it back—over 50 euros to return the defective item (sent through my country's national mail service as UPS would be more than double the cost). It's quite outrageous given the already high costs, they expect you to complete the returns yourself and pay for the high fees to ship from outside the UK. Why not include the fees in the price upfront? Other UK brands handle shipping and returns outside the UK in a better manner. Customer service is nonexistent and unresponsive nor do they seem aware of the actual status of the return when they do respond. I, fortunately, received a refund, but the overall returns process and lack of responsiveness have soured me off from the brand. The clothes are still priced too high even on sale-the quality does not match the price point.

I'm quite appalled that they charge £5.50 for delivery when you pay hundreds and hundreds for their clothes. You also have to pay £3.50 for returns. That's a little crazy and leaves a bad taste - not very impressed by the service.
