Bought my Shark Airwrap in August 2021 to replace an old heavy corded Dyson upright. I was impressed at first as I liked the way it folded to vacuum under sofas etc and the suction was fairly good, way better than the old Dyson that wasn't really up to the task anymore. However, just over 12 months after purchasing, it was struggling to pick up small dog hairs from a laminate floor which I found extremely frustrating. I cleaned all the filters, hoping that this would solve the problem, but no it didn't. I've now replaced it with a Dyson V8 cordless which has much better suction than the Shark ever did.
Shark cordless vacuum cleaner we go it about a week ago but today the battery went fiat so i put it on charge so i went to get the manual out to see how long it takes to charge but we did not have one in the bo x it came in so i phone customer service and told them there was not a manual in the box all thy sead to me was we dont send manuals out you will have to down load it as i sead im old but thy sead the samed thing thy were not helpfull at all so for customer service it is bad so when you buy one check the box before you leave the stop
Would give 0 stars if I could. This us the worst hoover I’ve ever had. Anti hair wrap doesn’t work gets clogged up constantly. The hoover itself also gets clogged up this us the second head I’ve had and it’s still the same. I emailed customer service and was told that I needed to go onto the website and trouble shoot, which was a complete waste of time. Customer service was useless too. How can they take your cash (not a cheap hoover) and sell you rubbish without any decent backup. will not be using again
Bought it half year ago , still on warranty , after video call ordered by them SharkNinja UK agreed to replace the whole item but then stopped answering my emails for a delivery detailsThey're purely scammersIf you have a chance get a cheaper vacuum as Shark is not that brilliant as per Ads.It looked used when came in broken box. Started issues after two weeks . I had to leave it until a New Year and then borrowed another vacuum waiting for their response....
I purchased this Shark cordless vacuum cleaner in March and it seemed ok at first, but I find that after a few weeks of use it has stopped picking up,especially pet hair. I only use I once a week as I have a small Dyson which I use everyday. The Dyson is so much better. When the Shark does pick up it drops the dust agai when switched off which is very frustrating and annoying. I would never recommend this product.
Bought a handheld vacuum and had it for over a month with a faults relating to suction not picking up properly and charging being abysmal. Was told I couldn't return it for a full refund and also if it was repaired or exchanged I still couldn't get a refund. I've lost faith in this company and they're quick enough to take your money though. Customer service on this occasion has been dreadful.
I bought my Shark Cordless Anti Hair Wrap NK850UK in September 2021 and it has never been great at picking up dog hair. Recently the fur has started clogging up from the brushes at the bottom right up to the 'bin' on the front. Yesterday I had to remove the plate at the bottom, take off the hose and get every bit of matted hair out. Today, it is still not working brilliantly, even though I can tell that everything has been removed and it is running freely. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for pet owners, it is proving to be a pain and I have the feeling I'll need to frequently unblock the fur and clean the filters even more regularly.
The Shark cordless is a triumph of design over performance. The suction is nowhere as good as my previous Vax or Dyson. The small dust canister and mesh filter fill up really quickly, the brush head attachment constantly blocks with even small bits of plastic, meaning I need to dismantle and remove it to clean. The battery is simply not large enough to cope with a 4 bed house, and for some weird reason, the life indicator is on the side rather than the top, so not easy to see.Finally, after vacuuming the lounge and hall thoroughly, i vacuumed again with my old dyson, and the canister had lots in it!I am sure the Shark is fine for a small flat, but simply not powerful enough for general domestic usage. Finally, ergonomically, the handle is hard plastic, so after 15 minutes, causes a sore hand. Just needs a silicon grip insert.
I recently purchased shark 1Z202UK cordless Anti Hair Wrap Vacuum directly from the company. Ordered 14th July Friday arrived 15th Saturday which I was very pleased with.I have always had a cylinder hoover, wanted a lighter hoover and cordless.It is a little heavier than expected.It was very easy to assemble, folds away small and neat which I find a great advantage. It is slightly noisier than the Dyson I used to have, although I found the suction much more powerful.I like that you can press a lever and go under furniture rather than bending. I am disappointed it does not have an attachment for dusting.I have only used it twice, so far all in all I am happy with the hoover.Purchase July 2023.
