Review Time
I emailed customer services about a new vaccum cleaner can't fully charge. I explained in details about the issues, it was simply that every time I charge the vacuum cleaner it can't go up to 100%. I did this for 5+ times. The customer services guy (Jeremy) insist that I had to call their product support team for trouble shoot. I explained to him if they send me a new battery and it return the old one then I don't need to return the whole set. The product support guy hanged up my phone 10 mins into the trouble shooting. The product itself was fine, but the customer services and product support is horrible.
Delivered on time. Easy instructions to build cleaner. Easy to use as a complete cleaner, amazing amount of fluff and dirt taken from a small area of carpet. Easy to remove wand and bin to use on stairs and hard to reach areas. So far so very good!
I have always had £30-50 hoovers. I get so many items coming in and out mine and black carpet. Drove me mad for 3 years. Debated hard and very long about cost off this Hoover. Friend told me she absolutely loved it. I was petrified about spending so much on a Hoover. BUT believe me… I am so so happy I did. It’s a total total goal changer. Tbh think it’s best investment in sonething I done. Sounds stupid for a Hoover. But having 20-30 mobility items in out frontroom EVERYDAY I just wanted clean room. Got it now. Very very very happy
Absolutely terrible customer service and hoover is rubbish!!! Bought a shark cordless IZ320uk and it stopped sucking up as much within a few months. Phoned customer service who ‘trouble shouted’, so they sent us a new part. Which didn’t work. So phoned again and they said they’ll send return label which never got sent. So phoned again got said return label and sent hoover back. New hoover arrived and it’s the cheaper and single battery one!!! So phoned again and they said they’d send a new battery as the one we had is discontinued. So I explained the one we bought originally was 100 pounds more and we want the equivalent. George said he was dealing with it and puts the phone down!!! I try to ring back and the line goes dead several times. Then I phone back later and apparently their system is down and I’ll have to phone back. When I asked them if they could phone me apparently they can’t. Not resolved and absolutely awful customer service am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
My wife wanted a cordless vacuum that would be lighter to carry up and down the stairs than our Miele. We did some research and bought a Shark. I wish we had actually borrowed one to try out rather than just going on reviews. After about 3 months use I wish we had never heard of it, such a waste of money. Our old Miele was SO much better.Briefly, suction is poor and it doesn't get into corners and awkward spaces easily. You find that it "drops" bits you think you've picked up and have to put the hoover on boost to get them picked up. Then if you leave it on boost so you can actually pick stuff up, the battery drains at an alarming rate. Then you have to re-charge it before you can do the upstairs - we have an average sized 4 bed house, about 1,600 sq ft.I can scarcely bring myself to use it, I get so furious with it. Don't take my word for it, try and find someone that has bought one and see if you can borrow it for a couple of days to try out. I would be surprised if you bought one afterwards. I'm going to buy a Henry and leave the Shark upstairs. Big mistake, I would never, ever, consider buying another one. Do your own research, don't believe the glowing reviews, we did and certainly learned an expensive lesson.
Moved into my first new home so wanted to kit it out with quality. I read lots of great reviews about the "Shark Anti Hair Wrap Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner with Flexology Pet Model" and decided to spend the big money. Pros - handy little attachments for hard-to-reach places. Folds in half and takes up very little space. The bending arm is a nice touch to get underneath low-lying furniture and the light on the front of the main head is a nice touch. However, there is ZERO suction from the main head so if you're vacuuming a carpet you're going to spend most of your time picking up anything that remotely clings to carpet. It's more like a loud, electric broom. If youre only planning on vacuuming hard floors (or use the other attachments) then you should be fine
Do not bother with Shark Yes they may sell good vacuums and other products, but when it comes to an issue or customer service they are rude and unhelpful. My hoover is faulty I spoke to someone on the 23rd and 29th of December, and since then I have had to waste nearly 4 hours of my time trying to solve this and get a collection so I can receive a new hoover. The team is uninterested, they have sent DPD to the wrong address twice and still won't lodge my complaint!
I bought a Shark AHW IZ202UK Flex Cordless from Argos in January. The suction power is poor and it regularly gets blocked. I returned it to Argos as not being fit for purpose but they told me that I have to contact Shark.I contacted Shark & for whatever reason, they sent me a new head??Of course this did not make a difference so I contacted them again to give them the opportunity to resolve the issues. They sent a generic email saying that they couldn't help.There are much better brands on the market for a similar price. Don't buy a Shark product.
We have the anti-hair wrap cordless hoover and it's been life changing for us. Our property is only 2 bedroom so there's not a huge amount of places to hoover and the 40min charge is absolutely perfect for us. The attachments are very useful and cleans very well. I like the light to the base of the hoover that highlights dirt/dust that you would otherwise not see. I do dislike the sound... I have found that it's louder than most other cordless hoovers I've had in the past but I presume that it's doing a lot MORE than other hoovers so it's got to make sound about it. Not sure but all in all ... I'm super thrilled :) We haven't had it long enough to assess the longevity, but I'm sure it'll pass our expectations. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a new one.
