I bought the cordless hoover anti odour anti wrap its lasted 6 weeks. The stem has cracked & snapped off from the head. Been trying to get in touch with customer services just being ignored. Not happy won't be buying again. Happy & quick enough to take your money!
Absolutely useless. Don't believe the hype around Shark vacuum cleaners. We did. Got the cordless one with the anti hair wrap thing and I would like to say it sucks but that would be a lie. As it doesn't suck. At all. It struggles to pick up even the smallest, lightest bits of fluff etc. And what's the point of a trigger that puts it into max power? Just have it on max all the time as it still doesn't suck anything up. Worst vacuum cleaner ever. Give me a Dyson any day.
This is without a doubt the worst hoover I have owned. I brought this hoover having had a Dyson cordless as I had seen all the hype online and how good they are. I have the pet model with anti hair wrap. This hoover is useless on rugs/carpets and not much better on hard floors, thr pipe from the floor head blocks in almost every use, the head I have now is less than a year old as this kept happening and I was sent a new head, this is just picking up dust / pet hair. I will never have a shark hoover again, absolutely dreadful.
Well where to start, this was an experience I will not forget in a hurry, ordered a shark cordless vacuum cleaner which cost £449 with a 10% discount, well today I got it pulled it out of the delivery box, only to notice it had already been opened and when I opened the rest of it the paper protectoring it was damaged to, so I called the customer service line not happy, but a very nice customer service assistant did her best to help me, but I did not feel I could trust the company she worked for, so I asked for a full refund, but the kicker was, I got put though the to the review line and put in review which was zero and it told me it was not recognised could I try again, so I did and then just got disconnected, not a happy camper 😭
Ordered a vac with 2 batteries, "certified refurbished by Shark". One of the batteries was useless and waited for response from Shark. Then despatched but no notification from Shark or DPD the delivery company. Kept chasing - turns out had been with my neighbour. Then ordered a floor brush (which other companies include with vac, not as an expensive add-on). Tracking number provided but no movement. 24 hours per email to elicit response from Shark. Clearly they forgot to actually send the brush, so 10 days later still awaiting delivery. Taken me about 12 emails and a lot of waiting for replies so far. So what have they done - OFFERED ME 10% OFF ANY FUTURE PURCHASE!!!! Woo hoo I can hardly believe their nerve and affront, let alone their attitude to "customer service". Totally useless, unprofessional, couldn't care less about the people whose hard-earned money goes on their products and wages.
Shark IZ202uk Cordless vac. Completely useless, designed to fail , Not even a year old, and now useless. from day one have had to strip down and unclog. it actually looks to me that it was actually designed to get blocked, completely and utterly useless. DO NOT BUY
Amazing customer service! I bought my cordless Shark just under 2 years ago and it had stopped sucking up. I rang them and they sent a link for video real-time to help me be able to fix it. However when I was trying to unclog it with something sharp I accidentally went through the hose. They were so lovely and helpful and have sent a new part. Rare to see this nowadays!Thank you so much. Fantastic service!
