*Update 08/09/2021- I have reported this to trading standards as there are clearly big issues with this trading company or am more worried they are operating illegally Ordered next to £200 worth of items 23rd August, a full kit for my eldest son and a shirt for youngest. Socks were dispatched and delivery courier returned them due to damage, I get a message from Villa store saying they have no more in stock and will refund me within 7 days…have not received payment as of yet!!There has been no update regarding any of the other items and on website it just shows they should be delivered by 1st September!! I’ve tried to load the live chat and the website just boots you to info pages!! Has anyone else resolved these problems, I’m worried I’ve lost all this money 🤷🏻♀️
