Review Time
Paid £100 for a shirt for my son's birthday, allowing a month turnaround time as was disappointed on a previous occasion, still no sign of it. Chatted to CS who promised expediated shipping.. then sent an email saying they couldn't do expediated shipping. Was then offered 25% off another order and £10 off this one. Surprise surprise no refund and no chance of me spending another penny with them when they still have £100 of my money and I have nothing. Absolutely appalling CS.
The order was delayed by several months. I received a notification that it had been delivered but it had not. It was by Evri, of course! The customer service is shocking. So now I'm facing a situation where I'm out of pocket and I've done nothing wrong.The problem is that the items are not cheap! But the quality of the items and the customer service is shocking and does not reflect the price point. Obviously I'll never be using this store again.
Order a kit on 22/08/23, for grandson’s birthday, email on 18/09/23 saying it was delivered, This order has not been delivered. Have contacted delivery company, you guessed it EVRI (at least they answered) who have now said I have to contact the shipper. Impossible to find contact email address, I’m £75 out of pocket with no goods, buyer by where!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted which customer care, if anyone looking to buy anything for Christmas be careful
Ordered next day on the 1st September, I left until 14th to chase as DPD hadn't received, firstly Jez said it was lost in transit, which wasn't true, then said I could have a refund, then changed as company policy is 14 days before a parcel is classed as lost, a policy that is not communicated at purchase.Jez extremely unhelpful and distance selling rules give me the right of cancel.Horrific service
