I ordered 9 items from the online Villa store on 28th November for my 8yr old son it's now 22nd December and only received 1 item the rest of the order is processing still, I have had to chase it up several times with customer services to be told waiting on restock from manufacturer but they were happy to take my money without fulfilling my order. I will have a very disappointed child on Christmas Day due to the shocking service from villa online store. I definitely would not recommend.
it started out so well, I ordered the shirt, 5 days later something arrived. The wrong shirt! not the £80 ordered, I contacted chat 3 times regarding returning the £25 shirt. it was an international purchase apparently, Nope 46 miles from the Wearhouse. I had to phone the next day because I still had no return label. the lady was very nice and arranged a replacement, return sent 10-12-2024 today I checked and its still being processed, when I asked about dispatch they said 17-12-2024. They still had my money and the other shirt was at their hub I didn't think I would get my shirt in time for Christmas so I canceled. This is what happens when you outscore to Fantastic International. the original AVFC shop was amazing!
Ordered a personalised Villa top for a Christmas present and it came with the name incorrect....not my fault it's their's Trying to speak with customer service is a nightmare, so stressed out as these tops are not cheap!!! They said I need to wait 48hrs to receive email so I can return the top, why do I have to wait 48hrs? I need to get this sorted out now!!! Not happy....
Trying to find a 6/7 hone shirt for my Grandson. Rang what I thought was the Villa Store on to be transfered to somewhere in Asia. The lady wanted the product code of the item I wanted, problem being the website size guide doesn't give one and also neither the option to buy a home shirt in that size, hence my phone call. She said they didn't have that size but they did Man City Wolves, at that point I said thank you for your help and hung up.Come on Villa, this is far from acceptable, if you cant have someone in the offices at the Villa Store handling customer enquires, then to me that shows customer centred satisfaction isn't a priority. That is just appaling in today's market. Very very disappointing and to be honest, I'm very annoyed that my club can treat a life long supporter in such a way. Please sort it out!

Multiple experiences where a time sensitive customer service query has been ignored and never answered, despite chasing up multiple times.Over the summer I was instructed to email a specific address to stop a membership from auto-renewing. 4 emails requesting a cancellation and 2 weeks later, my membership auto-renewed against my will. Finally got a response and they had to issue a refund saying they "didn't know how it got missed".I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a response on a time sensitive ticket access query, which again I've tried chasing.For a big company that are making every effort to squeeze fans for every last penny, it is not acceptable to leave people unanswered, whether due to understaffing or incompetence.
