Review Time
Pathetic customer service, i ordered a top (then paypal app changed delivery address), i noticed immediately and contacted the shop straight away. I have had 1 email reply which was totally pathetic in itself, (asking me to explain the problem - which i had already done).Not 1 email since and the supposed delivery date has also passed, the tracking page on the website hasn't changed since the order on the 29th July.I have had to resort to a paypal claim action!
Spent 38 mins queuing in the rain for nothing, back out the door after 10 minutes. Complete & utter waste of my time, jobs advertised in hotels were cleaners, house keeping or porters. Attended by hundreds of people, stands included NHS, foster carers, the police, army, apprenticeships or universities.Great for school leavers or under 25’s which I’m not.Wouldn’t go again or recommend, best to apply on online.
Never had an issue when ordering from the clubs store. My only snag is they don’t offer the women’s super league badge for the women team player shirts? Why? Its the same team, just different leagues, if you’re gonna offer the premier league patch should offer the WSL badge on shirts too for us Villa Womens team fans
i recently bought my boyfriend a top with his name and number on the back was supposed come in 4 days but came in a week and a half. then when my order came i received a completely different top than i ordered (for refrence i ordered an aston villa home kit personalised and got a harry kane england top😂 ) i have tried to get in contact with customer service but the phone number is directing me to a robot saying that they are currently closed but on the website it says it should be open until 8pm. then i proceed to leave na email on the email address on the website and then it says the email failed to send as this email adress is invalid. spent £45 on this top and now cannot return it or get in contact with anyone this is absolutely awful customer service please avoid buying from here.
I booked tickets using the telephone system this morning and spoke to Liz in the ticket office. The service Liz provided was excellent and credit must be given to her training but also her knowledge and experience. It was second to none! Liz was extremely pleasant to deal with.
My daughter Ordered a Villa kit for my sons first birthday with the request of a name and number on . I mistakenly misunderstood that there would not of been a number included. I rang up the help desk for the request of a return delivery and if any extra charges are included to put a number on the back of the kit. We was informed by an employee that in other words we was not able to and therefore disappointed with the result. They are a multi million pound company and weren’t prepared to even put it right as a good will gesture. Disgrace
I bought an item on the website and they said it would be delivered within 30 days. The due date expired on the 9th of may and until now (120 days after) I still haven't received my order!!!!!! I'm contacting the support team, but no one answers my emails. Can anyone help me????
Only gave 1 star as couldn't leave a review with none.Disgusting customer service, item arrived 1 month after ordering..no updates from AVFC and told to contact courier ourselves.Item mysteriously arrived after requesting full refund...now no use as had to arrange alternative gift.AVOID!
