Nightmare from the start.It caused me so many issues and headaches before I even started selling anything. I went with aistorebuilder - biggest mistake as it gave me only headaches because I couldn’t even change header of the website. I had to use Chatgpt to edit the whole code - I am not a programmer! Secondly, I had ongoing issues with DNS records, had to contact third party which wasn’t even responding so I had to sent multiple emails and then the records for website still were not working! Which means I couldn’t launch my business. Then I wanted to log in into shopify but they required a code from an authentication app which I didn’t even have! It used to be via my phone code verification. There is no shopify contact, only virtual assistant that is useless and didn’t help at all. This should not be that hard. And all of this happened before I even started selling anything. Shopify should have real people being available if issue appears, not these ridiculous bots. Honestly avoid and go with different platform.
Awful service, can't be trusted.Seems anyone can try and sell something on here, very untrustworthy merchants, too many times goods have not turned up and shopify just ignore you if you contact them, they are no help whatsoever.The sales are done through 'shop' and all shop does iif there is sn issue, refer you to shopify, who do nothing.Had to turn to my bank to get help and a refund
I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT shoplfy deserve even one star.All that happens if you have a dispute with an order and require a return label or an address( after asking the said company many times to no avail) and your only hope is that Shopify may put pressure on the company I found that you only get lots of platitudes via email but absolutely no help. This company needs to be avoided.
Deserve negative star. Bought 3 items from them and it’s been more than 3 weeks. One has disappeared from the list. No updates. Emailed them and got a blank response. Sent another email and got another blank response. Looks like i lost my money. I do not understand how they are allowed to even be on Google after so many bad reviews. I class this in my opinion as a fraudulent service and be careful if you purchasing.
I had a problem with payments taken from my account by 'Shopify.com'. I wanted to check these so tried to contact Shopify but the company is impossible to contact, hiding behind automated customer support systems and offering no alternative contact routes such as email or phone.
i got scammed by a fraudulent site on shopify. Do not use any site based on shopify as there doesn't appear to be a way to report scammers on their site. you need an order number to report an issue. it is impossible to report an issue if you didn't get an order reference......
