Avoid Shopify. We had orders, customers paid, and we shipped products. Shopify got the payments from customers but Shopify has not paid us (the seller). It has been over 3 weeks now. Now we don't know what to do! We will have to escalate it and basically hustle for our payout! Pathetic!
I received a text with a login code for this company. I do not have an account with them.I tried to contact them about this.Apparently I cannot contact customer supportwithout setting up a free trial account. I will now need to find a way to report this company to the relevant authorities as they have got my mobile number from somewhere.
Needs to be shut down. Shopify are a platform for scam website and stores. And will take zero responsibility for when you are scammed. There customer service for reporting issues ate non existence and for a reason, they know that their platform is bad. I wish we could give zero stars or even minus because a 1 star will still suggest at least one positive, which there aren't any. You only have to look at all the reviews on here and you know that shopify is that bad. Too many people are being scammed and we have to ask ourselves why haven't they been investigated? And why are shopify happy to sit back and watch so many stores rip people off. Because shopify is someone who's probably very young but has specific skill in programming, created a platform that makes them a lot of money. And cares for nothing else
Shopify have no respect for their sellers or buyers buying off a shopify sellers website. I am both a user of the platform plus a private buyer from a shopify site. midnightcravings.co.uk is a scam site using shopify platform & shopify payments to receive monies fraudulently from their scam website. I purchased a washing machine that will never arrive. I contacted the legitimate director of of Lucrative Studio Ltd which was shown as the receiving company of my funds for my purchase on my bank account statement. They confirmed that the site and the bank account is fraudulent. I have spent over three hours on various occasions trying to get shopify support to confirm that this shopify payment account with funds fraudulently acquired will be frozen immediately for investigation. Support are hopeless & will not pass you onto another person who maybe able to help. We have passed details to our legal term is their only reply. Meanwhile people are being robbed in their home. If you were being robbed in the street the police wouldn't say we will pass details to our legal team & leave the robber to carry on robbing you?Consequences can be horrific & sometimes can be the last straw resulting in suicide. Shopify & anyone working with them should be ashamed including any regulatory authority who should be protecting the general public.
Be wary of Shopify and Reafanj Shop (Scam)!Shopify boasts a user-friendly platform, but their customer service is abysmal. There are no contact numbers, and non-account holders have no way to reach them via email. This lack of support makes it difficult to resolve issues.Recently, I ordered an ice machine from Reafanj Shop. Initial reviews and tracking information seemed promising. However, the tracking page soon became unavailable, and the shop itself vanished.I attempted to contact the seller, Jeanie Schascheck jeanie.schascheck gmail.c**, was linked to the shop), but received only abusive and very bad language and threat responses. This experience leads me to believe Reafanj Shop is a scam, and Jeanie Schascheck is not to be trusted.Please exercise caution when shopping on Shopify, especially for unfamiliar stores like Reafanj Shop. Keep reviewing these people let's get them stopped
IN THIS MORNING THEY TAKE THE MANY FROM MY BANCK ACCOUNT 30£ I DONT KNOW FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW HO IT THIS COMPANY, I TRY TO CONTACT THEM FOR THE TEL NUMBER, THEY DONT HAVE THE NUMBER, I GHIV FROUD AND SCAM FROM MY APPLICATION I WAS TO THE BANK TO FIX THE PROBLEM BECOUSE THEY TAKE MY MANY FROM MY BANC ACCOUNT UITHOUT NOT MY PERMISION . I DONT KNOW HAW I RESOLE THIS PROBLEM?
I’ve purchased goods online via shopify couple of times and didn’t have any particular issue until I recently came across a fraudulent company trading on this platform. I have then started to question the integrity of shopify and their due diligence process (if there’s any). How do they make sure the traders are genuine? It doesn’t seem they check any company documents, license etc.
