elux-firerose do not use. Order 14th June took my payment. Today 20th still saying order recieved, order being processed. Emailed several times had 1 reply to say they were checking with warehouse staff and will get back to me. Now they just ignore my emails also they dont answer the phone. Scammers. Contacted my bank to see if they can help.

Scammers set up fake shops with great prices to lure you in take your money on the shop app and you never see your goods and shopify let it happen they are just as bad as the scammers themselves as they are taking a cut please buy from a reputable company I was a fool to fall for the too good to be true price please avoid.shopify need closing down

We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3 of Shopify Terms of Service.Whaaaatt!? Wenn man ist noch in der Eröffnungs Stadium und hat noch nichts gemacht, nichts eingestellt, überhaupt niiiichts außer einen Shopnamen… Unverschämt, unfreundlich und respektlos. Gottseidank ist das passiert vorher und nich dann wenn alles fertig ist.
I paid 25 pounds to Shopify accidentally because I forgot to remove my credit card. Then I asked for refund. But Shopify says it's too late now! I worked as a customer success manager for years, and I know there is nothing impossible to do for the customer satisfaction. Of course Shopify could refund me if they really care about customer satisfaction! Such a shame for a brand which needs only 25 pounds of the customer who paid accidentally! Take my 25 pounds and enjoy it, I hope you feel rich now!
Shopify presents itself as a payment platform similar to PayPal. It's not. Shopify offers no protection whatsoever to a buyer. Any company using Shopify could be a scam. In fact, if you try to report a problem the small print actually says, in a nutshell, it's up to the consumer to checkout the company. So £68 to a company called FREDA with no order received and no contact at all.
