Avoid the “company” Sousanz.In March 2024 bought and paid £39.99 for a set of saucepans. Item has never been received and there have been no replies to any of my messages. No item. No refund. No messages. No customer focussed service. I’m a regular online shopper as disability restricts other shopping methods and this is a stand out alone poor experience.
Their advert is horribly annoying to the point that I have decided to let them know.The voice actor they pickedThe scriptThe toneThe sound effectThe length of the addThe implication that if you do not hustle you're a loserAlso, I am happy to see that they already have a poor rating on this site.
I have nothing to do with Shopify, but a minute ago l had a message on my phone saying "your security number is ***" I tried to contact Shopify to find out what is going on, but it appears l need to subscribe to contact them!!! Is it a marketing action???
Scam platform I won the charge back but still they're not giving me my payout and my account is still on hold I'm waiting from more than a month their support keep saying that we can't do anything it is already referred to a relevant department and we are not hearing back from anyone they just don't want to pay the money to the people, I spend a lot of money on the marketing and after that I got some sales after that what happened is they just hold my money and not processing my payout
I made an online purchase from a company (Goberub) selling using the shopify platform . I am familiar with shopify publicity through online ads. Once payment goes through the tracking link and visit our store do not work, The company has disappeared along with my payment. Also no response to emails. Buyers beware . Do checks before shopping on this platform
This company are useless you can’t contact the and I don’t want to deal with the organisers the use their platform or services. I keep getting text confirming a purchase yet I haven’t made any purchases. You can speak to them about it and it’s not only annoying and time consuming but it’s also a worry that someone could be using our identities to make purchases. What an absolute crap organisation. STOP SENDING ME TEXT I WONT DEAL WITH ANYONE THAT USES YOUR SERVICE 🤞
