Unfortunately you cannot give a zero star rating!This organisation appears to allow back street sellers, dodgy sellers and outright crooks to sell crap items.Once you have paid and received your item(s) you only then find out that they don't work, fail to work, unusable etc. The only problem now is that you cannot raise a complaint against the company you purchased from of Shopify, they just say take it up with the seller! The seller is their seller that hides behind this scam site. Keep away people!!!!
Do not purchase this product it doesn’t work and it’s customer service team takes 4 weeks to respond bought this for my sons first birthday to interact with different sounds and he has a ball that doesn’t work and was heart breaking to see it not work shocking service and product oddball product powered by shopify shocking
So shopify will offer a $1 trail which you will cancel but still in a couple of months time, take £344 out your bank for a month's subscription fee. I would of gave them a good review still but when I contacted them via the live chat box on their website and asked for a refund they said they would and told me to check my emails. I never received one email, like they just totally ignored me. Luckily my bank sorted it as I told them this company is full of scams. Reply to this review all you want you can all fu** off
If I could give less than 1 I would. You get to a point in your order and with no warning Shopify takes over. They have an incorrect name and delivery address for me and I cannot delete it. Two orders have recently gone astray this year and you have no come back. Awful, please avoid !!!
DONT USE SHOPIFY!!!!A year ago, I thought I’d try online selling. I signed up to Shopify and at first all was good. I started getting sales. But I didn’t have time to continue the shop so tried to cancel my membership. For some reason it wouldn’t cancel and now they have been taking money for a year. I have tried time and time again to log into my account and when doing so they “send” a verification phone to my email. But this code does not come through. So I am unable to log into my account so I can’t cancel my membership. They have taken £70+ a month for a year now!!!!I have contacted support but they won’t talk to me because I am not logged into my account! BUT I NEED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT!Do not trust this company, after coming on trust pilot I have read reviews and noticed that multiple people have had trouble talking to them. It is their fault I am unable to get into my account, yet they won’t talk to me about getting into my account. I have told them I have been trying to cancel my membership and the guy I spoke to said I have to wait to be contacted by a certain department as I’m not logged into my account so the customer service couldn’t do anything and that I have to be “patient”. I have contacted my bank to cancel and block the payments but every time Shopify take the payment they add a different code to the end of their name every time they take the payment so it’s hard for my bank to block. They have had over £800 from me now just though this one account. I am absolutely disgusted that they can get away with this.
