Customer services is clearly run via a third world country where they are not trained to help, Multiple times I have been on the chat for over an hour to get very little help. My blog is not working and I can not use certain features, they messed up my plan last year with a load of drama. Sick of this stressful situation.

The fees are ridiculous

The fees are ridiculous, they are the website hosting version of Etsy. Greedy. Would not recommend at all.Yet another blow for Artist owned businesses, we can't even sell a piece without a whopping 36% in fee's coming out!!!!! A lot of us are struggling in this economy, but not these greedy corporations, because they just up their fee's for their sellers. I'm closing my website and removing my items ASAP. I'd rather lose the remainder of my paid up year than support these people any longer.I'm not punishing my customers with higher prices to absorb this hike in fees because I actually have morals and I'm not rewarding this constant drive for profit these companies have (who's CEO gets paid something like $26,994,000per year, btw) Ridiculous.

AVOID AT SLL CISTS

Placed an order on 7th September for £71.00. Money was taken, then 2 hours later a further £200 was fraudulently taken. Then they tried to take £1000 which my Bank declined and cancelled my card. They then tried to set up a monthly subscription for £2000.Fraud Department at my Bank have stopped that. I emailed the Company asking for my money back with no joy. Contacted Shopify who basically advised the fill in a Firm - which I did.My Bank advised I log a report with the Police which I told Shopify I was about to do - but the Agent advised not to do anything until Shopify had investigated and they would update me once completed.Still not heard anything as of today and the Merchant has disappeared from Shopify. Shopify have today informed me that due to their Policies and Procedures I will not receive any information regarding their investigation and they will not contact me as previously told.This is an absolute disgrace and they are promoting these scam Companies and basically do nothing about the poor buyer who has been illegally robbed.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM SHOPIFY AS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ACTIVELY PROMOTING THESE COMPANIES.THE COMPANY I ORDERED FROM HAS NOW DISAPPEARED FROM SHOOIFY.

Shop app and Shopify are promoting scam…

Shop app and Shopify are promoting scam sellers and refusing to take any responsibility. I just tried to report a scam site that took my money Shop says I need a URL for the order BUT there are no URLs on the Shop App so their form will not accept the report. I thought the seller was legit because they were registered with Shop but their website is down and they have disappeared without a trace

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband was scammed by one of their adverts for the satnav. The satnav did arrive but it's like the ones you can buy for about £35 on Amazon. Just nasty cheap crap. Plus they took two other payments from his bank account. Needless to say they haven't replied to any emails to explain why they took further payments. There was never an order confirmation email either. And their order tracking doesn't work. We will be going for recovery of funds through his bank.

Dumb asses

Dumb asses. They provide a contact form to be completed, we fill it, we validate, no confirmation appears on the screen then the form represents itself, virgin. However, we receive by email a ACK from the form, but which requires repeating the process endlessly. The information entered is therefore not taken into account. Interesting and professional, right?
