Scam website took my money and disappeared even although I paid through shopify . Tried contacting them but find it extremely frustrating and difficult they are not even interested stay away from them promoting scam sites

Will not buy via this platform again, in fact if it was the only payment option would use a different retailer, they offer no consumer protection and continue to host ceased to trade companies even when notified.

Rip of !

Absolutely horrible experience with Shopify.Started to build the website which was supposed to be "Plug And Play, but it was not. Then when I asked for help they suggested using Shopify partners, and guess what,now you had to pay to get help!!!Then they take control of your own website, basically steeling your website, and when I realised this I cancelled right away, only to be billed 25 euros for something I still dont now what is. I protested and gpt the reply" This email is not active,and your communication has not been received".Be very careful with these people!

Would like to give zero stars DI NOT USE

Would like to give zero stars paid £2.65 for a digital pattern then had 2 lots of £499 taken - when I got an email to download the pattern I ended up in shopify not sure if trying to download through shopify started the process to take the 2 lots of £499. Bank fraud team contacted and blocks put on everything was also through PayPal so won’t be using them again either.

I've used shopify many times never had…

I've used shopify many times never had a problem before until this week!! Placed two orders both which I had a problem with tried getting in touch but nobody answers complaints!! It's just a scam in eyes!! Wasted over 70.00 pound this week I definitely wouldn't recommend this platform at all stay clear!!

Bought through shopify

Bought through shopify, believing the company I was buying from, called Turbolords, was in the UK. However not surprising from China. Product arrived, Raptor volt battery car starter, 27 days later but not as described or as photos. Just cheep chinese rubbish. Learnt my lesson.

Never use this site it’s a scam .😡😡

Never use this site it’s a scam .. I lost money on goods ordered. No delivery yet. Tried to contact several times and no response. Spotify is just a middleman to loot money from people and earn profit. They will not take any responsibility once you pay for goods. I made a big mistake and lost money. Scam scam scam scam 😡😡😡😡😡my order placed on 24th august and no way can track the order or contact seller

Not to be trusted

I'm removing Shopify from my online shopping experience as they clearly partner with scam and fake shopping sites and there is nothing you can do to get your money back as they say it's between you and the merchant.Stick to Amazon.

Paid for a product

Paid for a product, never received then vendor disappeared, no contact or website, Shopify just ignored my complaint, DO NOT TRUST this website, I think is a con.
