What a weird company. No customer service, not even a chat option - and the WORST - they keep samples to themselves. like when you shop for something? they open the packages (to check & repack) and take out whatever little gifts the merchants sent with it - and keep them to themselves. I know about 2 packages that were suppose to include samples I have chosen. They were both missing those samples and gifts.
DON'T USE THEM! Price in the app for shipping showed just under $50....I paid for shipping to them, and now that they have the packages, they want me to pay 4 TIMES the price in the app. And customer service is ridiculous. No phone service, they claim they haven't received many emails i've sent them, and chat people give inconsistent information. Oh, and it took them more than 2 weeks to process my package once they received it. Nightmare experience. Do not use.
Covid issues exposed how bad they are. They decided to turn off chat support during this global pandemic. We constantly get emails taking about how they are going to do better and have a 7 day delay yet I have had my items frozen now for 22 days. No phone number, opening a ticket does nothing, no chat support, sending an e-mail just opens another ticket that does nothing.DO NOT USE THEM..... times like these show you want a company is made of and its simple, they are made up of terrible leadership. Simple solution.... 1) hire people to do chat support for home2) Work 24/7, no package should go unprocessed over a weekend. That time should be used to catch up3) Quit saying sorry and fix the issues
- Hidden costs and terms- Bad and slow customer service- Poor digital tools and user experience (the outdated system lacks user's feedback and transparency)- Stay away from their "budget economy" option as it's not budget at all and promotes hidden costs. If you want to use their service, look for FedEx Economy and the above solutions. You'll save money and time.- Be sure to choose a "ship method" as soon as you register, since their system will lack to ask your feedback later and instead will finalize the transaction based on whatever they want to consider a "budget economy" option- If you find a better yet real transparent brand, please leave it in your review!
Just talked to a girl called Vena. She didn't answer to my questions and talked me about Membership Premium that I'm not interested in. She took ages to answer while chatting with me and it was clear she didn't give a f about what I was asking her for. Just wanted to know how it works MyUs, what I have to do after I pay my orders on the websites and how I can tell MyUs that I made order and I have to pay for shipping. So, this chat made me so angry and I just wasted my time. I don't want to use this service when people who should care about customers really don't mind at all and it seems you are talking to the wall in front of you. So sad!
I shipped a package. Creating the shipping request resulted in several options I could chose from: 1. the so-called "least expensive option", 2. a fixed rate at $518.97 and then a few more that would be faster but more expensive. I picked "the least expansive option" thinking it could not be more than a fixed price of $518.97. But you already guessed it: it was a lot more. I had to pay $618.97 or exactly $100 more. Trying to get a straight explanation from MyUS was impossible as it just danced around the topic. I resorted to take up the issue with my credit card company.
Wouldn't normally write a review on trustpilot/Facebook etc, however, I ordered some Gatorade powders (bought whilst in US and cannot get them in the UK), delivery was fairly quick(cannot fault it on MyUS's side, had an issue with Fed-Ex) and everything arrived un-damaged(apart from a few scuffs, nothing major - bound to happen in shipping.), highly recommend and will order again sometime soon!
