It's been 6 weeks since my package was received by US and it has still not been delivered. Every step of the process has been absolutely aweful. 1. When they received the package, they valued it at double the retail price (meaning I would be much more on import taxes). I contacted them within a few minutes of this happening so that they could correct it before shipping, but they went ahead anyway and said that I didn't contact them soon enough!2. When the package landed in my country, it was held by customs and ultimately returned by to the US due to lack of document. MyUS then contacted me to say I had to provide additional document because my address is a "medical services company", which is completely incorrect (it's a residential condo with no businesses). 3. The package has still not been delivered, and the order has disappeared from my client dashboard. Basically, the package is gone and I've paid for nothing. This is completely unacceptable service. My package is gone, my money is gone. Disgusting. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I had to use them to ship to DSW shoes from US to Canada. I got an estimate to handle the $30 shoes at about $12 US. I was charged $ 54 for them to hand over the shoes to Fedex with an inflated value of $80 declared on the waybill. This left me with duties/tariffs of $ 58 on top. Even though they chatted with me twice and said they would correct the Fedex waybill nothing came of it.
Worst experience of my life.The main reason I chose MyUS was to save money on shipping, but in the end, I might end up paying more. Let me explain.After my items arrived at the warehouse, I contacted support and asked if it was possible to lower the declared value (to reduce customs fees). A support agent said “yes, of course” and told me to send the invoice. I sent it—but then she changed the declared value to an even higher amount than the original! She didn’t even consider the discount on my order and set the value completely wrong.Because of this, I couldn’t use cheaper shipping methods either. Support claimed those are only available if the declared value is under $150—something that is not written anywhere on the site.I went back and forth with support for a week, wasting my time trying to explain the issue. It honestly felt like nobody competent was handling the case. Eventually, they admitted it was their coworker’s mistake—but said they couldn’t fix it because the label was already attached. No apology. No compensation. Just “we can’t do anything.”
First time using My USshopping service. Had a great experience as everything worked out very well. I have heard some not great stuff that was mainly associated when Peeps where Ordering multiple items and then Shipping them when they are all together in one Package. I choose the free option of not signing up to anything and Shipping just one Package. The item was also quite expensive but I had 0 issues. The Shipping Cost was expensive but I don't know if that was because the Item was also expensive. I had the exact same item Ship from Japan for $50 less but the US item I bought was as mentioned alot more money to actually buy. Ultimately though MY US did a really great job.
MyUS will routinely bill your card with $30 transactions for no reason every 2 days with no explanation whatsoever. I have contacted them over 7+ times - lucky to get a generic template after a month.Took the fraudulent behavior up to my bank, and only then were they happy to quickly notify me that my account has been closed and “they cannot extend their services to me.”I still have merchandise with them that is being held hostage/lost forever.For the people who work at MyUS, you are absolute pure scum. How do you sleep at night. I hope this business receives all the pain and frustration the good customers who believed in them feel.
