I had a terrible experience with this company. They have first ignored my emails for around 1 month. Their online portal has been down for a lot of days in the last month, preventing me from returning my products. While their website is not working they have charged me thousand of dollars of storage fees. Iif the website worked it was so slow that it would take me 20 hours to change all values of the packages and uploading all invoices for all products. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for help they are not willing to come with a proper solution.To make matters worse, they charged me over $10,000 in storage fees while refusing to assist me in accessing my items or providing an alternative return method. Every day, these fees keep increasing, and I still can’t retrieve my products.The lack of customer service and their unwillingness to resolve this issue is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this company.
Updating my negative review. I became under the impression that my package was lost/stolen, with them rejecting my invoices claiming it was not fitting to the description of my package. but this was mostly down to bad communication and the first staff member from customer service being unhelpful. In the end tried the livechat with another, who then explained there happened to be a second item in the package (which the seller did as a surprise). They basically were refusing to send as the second item is not on the invoice. Told them to discard the second item and proceed with shipping.
Used this company for years. Don't know what's happened but now fraudulently overcharge Australian GST tax. Shipping quote nowhere near what is actually charged to credit card. Paper thin explanation. Advised a "3rd party" collects GST & charges "a fee". Try as I might I cant get out of them who this third party is or how much that fee, basis of calculation etc. This company is simply stealing
awful awful awfulcompany. do not use. the customer service is terrible. i wish i had listened to the reviews before i went ahead with it. they charge extortionate shipping prices and then lock you out of your account when you try to change your payment details meaning you cannot return or ship the item and the hold is put on for days as nobody can be bothered tosort it out straight away
I am beyond furious with MyUS. This company is absolutely disgraceful and should not be in business. I trusted them with my package, and now they are holding it hostage, refusing to release it under any circumstances.I ordered a handheld video console worth £800, which was delivered to their UK facility without any issues. But since the item contains a lithium battery, they now refuse to ship it to me, return it to the seller, or even allow any courier I’ve arranged (including DHL) to pick it up. Their excuse? Some so-called CAA regulation. But what’s worse is their complete lack of transparency, zero accountability, and total disregard for their customers.MyUS has violated every expectation of a forwarding service! At first, they agreed to let me send a courier, then suddenly backtracked and refused to release the package. Their customer service is absolutely useless—each representative says something different, and they’ve even had the nerve to suggest I discard my package! How dare they?!This is pure fraudulent behavior. They are stealing from their customers and making it impossible for us to retrieve our own property! No communication, no timeline for resolving this, no willingness to help. I’m now stuck without my package, my money is gone, and they offer no real solution!I highly advise anyone to stay far away from MyUS. They are dodgy, untrustworthy, and clearly violating some serious regulations. They should be shut down immediately for the way they treat their customers. Do NOT trust this company with your items!
According to their website they can ship dangerous goods (LiFePo4 batteries) so I decided to use them to ship my batteries to Trinidad. They received my package and after one week waiting, I got an email that I need to provide additional documents. I received the email on Friday so I had one and a half business days to respond, or they will destroy my package?!Thanks to my vendor I managed to provide the required documents then I got several emails to resend them. All the communication was slow and already three weeks have passed so I told them to send the batteries to another company if they cannot ship them to my country. I had to pay $161 shipping fee! Terrible company that I would never use again.
