They lost my package, trying to resolve this issue with their terrible support but day after day getting the response 'We will respond in 1-2 business days, we are waiting response from management'. Don't use this service if you don't want to lose your money.Very unprofessional company, useless management, no customer support at all.
Incredibly disappointed with the experience I’ve had with MyUS.com and feel compelled to warn others. I entrusted them with a package that was delivered by UPS to their facility on December 3rd, but after nearly two weeks, it has yet to be added to my suite. Despite UPS confirming delivery and providing proof that the package was signed for by someone at MyUS, the company has offered no updates, no resolution, and no accountability. I’ve made countless attempts to contact them—sending multiple emails, raising tickets through their chat system, and even trying to escalate the matter—but MyUS has been unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they don’t provide a phone number for customer service, leaving me with no direct way to speak with someone. This was a large and expensive purchase weighing over 50 pounds, and their inability to track or locate the package is both baffling and unacceptable. I’ve now had to open a dispute with UPS, notify the merchant, and involve my credit card company just to try to resolve this issue. After reading reviews from others, I’ve realized my experience is hardly unique. It seems MyUS routinely mishandles packages and fails to take responsibility for their mistakes. I regret ever trusting this company with my shipment, and I will never use their service again. If you’re considering using MyUS.com, I urge you to think twice. The frustration, lack of transparency, and poor customer service make it an unreliable choice for managing your shipments.
They overcharged me for GST $40us on $125us worth of goods. GST is 10% Listed weight of one parcel as twice as much as it should have been, rectified it and charged me $15us to fix. Also charged me for going over 30 days while waiting for Customer service to answer my questions, which they didn't and so more emails more wasted days waiting for answers that never come, the whole time charging you a daily fee.I bought 3 music cassettes, 4cds and a small remote control and was charged $90us or $138 Australian dollars for GST and SHIPPING. This is for 1.78lbs. They are a DISGRACE and I have cancelled my membership.SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE AND DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY OF THIEVES
MyUS is probably the worst customer experience I had with any company. Their service is first of all super slow and their customer service is useless. All they do is respond to you with standard messages like “we have escalated the issue to another department, please allow sometime” or “we apologize for the inconvenience”. They really do not care about their customer but rather in some cases treat their customers as their competitors or enemies and start fighting/challenging them. Please do not ever use this service, they will make sure that you have the worst days and worst experience of your life.
So this is my first experience with my US I didn't know about the company but I wanted a way of getting items from America to the UK as shipping from eBay and Amazon was costing a lot more. My US came up in a search and I thought I'd try them out after I signed up and started making purchases I got worried because I didn't see any progress start reviews and try to trust pilot reviews and messages on Facebook and different forums and was generally negative feedback, which wasn't encouraging.I eventually was able to speak to somebody on the chat and diverge my fear of what the feedback was saying that the service would be provided and the packages I've purchased will be posted.I patiently waited and one by one the packages were arriving note notifications were sent via e-mail I was able to upload merchant invoices as requested which were also approved and then came the moment of identifying which Postal Service to use it all seemed like clockwork which made me wonder what experiences others have had. Anyway so I used 5 day Postal Service with DHL and within 5 days the parcel arrived package safely with all the items I had ordered I'm really grateful that the service that they provided was as per their website.The only thing I would say is that trying to contact them via chat or WhatsApp all the ticket system is badly delayed sometimes there is no agents online on days upon weeks so you have a fear of where your parcel is and what is actually happening I would like to use the service again but just worried about not being able to contact somebody by phone or chat on a regular basis I'm grateful that my parcel arrived as per their commitment thank you so much
A terrible terrible company. Poor organisation with even poorer communication. Impossible to get an answer from them, and days go by without followup or response. In reviews they ask people to follow up with support to get a resolution, but support either don't respond or ask you to wait another 1-2 days. It's now been a month.Judging by the amount of negative reviews on multiple sites, I wonder how they still run a business. I just wish I'd seen the horror stories before I sent them my goods.
My package was delivered to MyUS by DHL on 19 November. It is 10 days later and MyUS has not booked it into their system yet. The package is untraceable and several follow up requests on all the MyUS support channels fall on deaf ears. No feedback whatsoever. I have sent them the waybill number, invoice, proof of delivery so many times. It seems like they have lost my package and don't want to own up to it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They completely overcharge but only company shipping to where I am right now, huge mistake to use them as it has been TWO MONTHS almost & they haven't sent my order of nearly $200. They have ignored seven emails over 5 weeks & the order still hasn't been sent. You won't get what you order, won't be able to contact them & have to go through the whole nightmare of charging back, don't use!
Shipment took 7 days to be registered in suite and option to return to sender is ridiculously over priced and the request to use your own label is repeatedly rejected until you are forced to use the MyUS label which is $30+ to ship to a local address.Not to mention they charged me a daily storage fee while rejecting all of my return requests and ignoring customer service requests. Furthermore the customer service is abysmal - unreachable by phone, terrible AI assistant and response times on WhatsApp and completely ignored on email. Won’t be using again and wouldn’t recommend.
I used the shopping assistant service and MyUS ordered the item for me. After about 3 weeks, I got notified by FedEx that I had to pay £60 of custom duty. A couple of hours later, I was notified the parcel was delivered, but unfortunately to the wrong address (same road name but different city). I got in touch with MyUS by LiveChat, where I was told there is nothing they can do! After insisting, the agent said he would escalate my case and I would hear back from them within 2 days. I haven't heard back, but the parcel arrived miraculously after a few days. And surprise surprise... the item was the wrong colour! I got in touch again with customer service, this time via email, and had to start dealing with the worst customer service ever. The proposed resolutions were vague and unclear: they would send me the new pair but I would have to pay the (unspecified) fees. Or they would refund me but they wouldn’t confirm whether the refund would include the import duties. Despite asking for clarifications several times, they take several days to reply and no clear answer has yet been provided, making it impossible to decide what to do/accept their offer. Now more than 5 weeks have passed since I paid. They deserve zero stars. I will never recommend their services, no matter the conclusion to my horrific first experience.
