Reef 2 Bundle…

We recently purchased the Reef 2 Bundle Deal, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made as new parents! From the start, everything about it felt well thought out and high quality.What truly stood out for me especially after comparing with other leading brands is the one-motion collapsing function. As a parent often navigating solo, this feature has been a total game changer. It’s smooth, intuitive, and makes getting in and out of the car so much easier without the usual hassle.The bassinet is incredibly well balanced and clicks on and off effortlessly. It feels sturdy and safe, but not heavy or awkward to handle, which gives us so much peace of mind.We chose the Ganache colour and it’s absolutely beautiful, stylish and modern. Also want to give a big shout out to the customer service team, they’ve been amazing! Super responsive and genuinely helpful, which made the whole buying experience even better.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the Reef 2 bundle. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for quality, practicality, and sleek design all in one.

Couldnt give a 5 because the initial mishap, wish i could of given 4.5

Sent my pushchair in for a valet and service, when it initially came back the wheels hadn't been changed which 1 had a flat spot. when I mentioned this in a review customer service got in touch and arranged for it to be collected again and the wheels changed.Due to the quick response and correction I'll put the initial mishap down to someone in servicing having a bad day, to which everyone is entitled to a bad day.I would recommend the valet and service to anyone who asks

They have redeemed themselves

I was annoyed recently because I was unable to purchase a replacement wheel for my Kensington pram as Silver Cross now outsource their replacement parts and I published a poor review.However when I complained to the highest level they sent me a replacement wheel free of charge.When I emailed to thank them I mentioned that I also couldn’t buy a replacement mattress of the correct size and today I received a new one from them also at no charge so they have seriously redeemed themselves in my eyes.However I still maintain that a firm of such long standing and calibre should stock a full range of spares to purchase but thank you anyway Silver Cross.

Fantastic Customer Service

I had to contact Silver Cross customer service to send a replacement part due to fault by manufacture.There was no quibble over fault, and it was fast and easy using their online portal. They are sending the replacement part via courier without any need to fill out additional forms or send the broken part back. Great resolution to my issue, and another great product that Im happy with.

I am a foster carer of 25 years and have always used silver cross and have never had a problem with there products after having 2 silver cross wayfarers that lasted a long time I purchased a silver cross pioneer in clay the chassis has always been slightly out but did not return as very busy until I tried to fit pushchair part for 8 month old it just jammed and the whole chassis is out of line contacted silver cross customer service they got back to me the same day asked me for photographs that I have sent hopefully they will be able to fix pram will update review and let you know how it goes but I have every faith it will be resolved quickly

Unsafe car seat and poor customer service

Spent a fortune on the Reef 2 bundle with i-size dream car seat. Went for Silver Cross due to my belief they were a reputable company with excellent products. We have had nothing but problems with the products since we purchased them in August. The pram is stiff and difficult to collapse (the main reason we went for this pram as it was easy to collapse in the shop demo!) - customer services keep going back and forth asking for proof in videos/photos (how can you take a video/photo of a stiff button?). We were also sent the wrong connectors so have not been able to connect the car seat to the frame and despite claiming for this, have still not been sent these.We have now been offered an inspection/repair of the pram but they have said they would need 5 business days and would not be able to offer a loan product in the meantime. Given my little one uses the bassinet for naps and the pram is used daily - how are we supposed to go several days without a pram??? It's not like we have a spare on hanging around at home.As for the car seat, I have sent several emails to customer services due to concerns about the safety of it as it is very upright and promotes chin to chest. I discussed with my health visitor who agreed and advised I complained about this. I no longer feel safe driving my little one in it as her head dips forward when she sleeps and rattles around when I go over bumps. Again, silver cross have asked for photograph evidence and have speculated that I have not fitted this correctly?? When I went to the shop I purchased this from, they feel she has already outgrown the seat after just 5 months!?!?It has been around a month now going back and forth with them and my issues have still not been resolved. Currently the whole travel system is not fit for purpose after the amount of money we spent. I have barely been able to go out these past few weeks due to this and I am extremely disappointed. I am not usually one to complain but have tried to resolve these problems with customer service before writing a bad review but dissatisfied with the constant back and forth and delays, given the travel system is one of the most important items you need for a baby and needs to be functioning! I will not be using silver cross again and I will also be advising others the same.

Valet and Service has been a dream.

The whole process from start to finish has been a dream. Purchased Valet and Service to get my 5 year old pram a new lease of life read for my new born arriving in April. Purchased the Valet and service 21st January, silvercross customer service team were intouch by 22nd and then I have been looked after by Jessica Procter​​​​ where packing boxes were sent out in advance and the pram was collected at a suitable time for me on 5th February. The pram has been returned 2 weeks later and it looks like a brand new pram. Clean and any damage repaired. The handles look brand new! I am so excited to use it in a few months time. Jessica was helpful from start to finish. Definitely recommend using the service. Thank you again.

I got the rise by tinie pushchair

I got the rise by tinie pushchair, the mechanism that makes it fold broke after 2 months. I let silver cross know and they said they would repair it, the sent me a box to sent my rise back to them for DPD to refuse collection, this should of been my warning for how awful this situation was going to be, finally get someone to collect my pushchair and they promised it will be back with me with 5 working days. 5 working days go by and still not heard from them, I call them for them to tell me the pram is unrepairable, and they are send me a cheaper pushchair the clic. When I said I want my pushchair back they refused and said I can’t have it, now I think it’s my choice if I have push chair that doesn’t fold. It was in the upright position when it was sent back. They are refusing to send me mine back and said I will get the clic, I then got a message saying they are waiting for someone to authorise them sending me a alternative pram, and then state there is no obligation for them to send me one. £575 for a pushchair that I don’t even have, no refund offered and no looks like I won’t even get a alternative cheaper crappy pram
