Outstanding customer service from Silver Cross. I called to ask if I could buy a replacement tray for my baby granddaughter’s high chair. I spoke to a lovely lady who was so understanding when I explained the situation to her. She arranged for a replacement tray and it was delivered next day. My granddaughter is now sitting happily in her chair again. Excellent customer service. We are very appreciative.
We bought a silver cross pop in April/May time, pram itself is great however we noticed recently the rain cover had a hole in, contacted silver cross, sent some pictures over & now i’m awaiting a new rain cover free of charge. Great customer service, thanks for your help !
Do not buy a pram from silver cross or John Lewis. Our Reef pram has a serious safety flaw where my child tips totally upside down - this happened on a dangerous road and scared both her and I. They are asking me to send a video of it happening again before they will even look at it!!!! Asking to put a child through that is down right irresponsible and I should be getting a full refund so I can go buy a pram from a better manufactured brand so my child’s saftey isn’t at risk on roads. It is a shame to see Silver cross not take any proactive measures to help me even tho my product is in guarantee. My advice it to stay well away and head to a better brand.
Hello. I received my replacement part within a matter of days of putting a claim in with silvercross RE a snapped piece of the hood on my pram. I even got sent clear digital instructions on how to change it at home myself. It has been changed and works perfectly. Thank you so much for helping resolve it, sending it so promptly and keeping so in touch throughout the process! Great customer service. Thanks again.
I hate to leave such a bad review for brands that can ruin a reputation please don't take this lightly. After using the high chair we purchased for one week, there are huge cracks up the chair legs. Not only is this unsafe but I would never expect something like this level of damage to happen after one week of use ESPECIALLY at this price point. Speaking to their customer service was a nightmare. For people work selling any products you think they'd want to make busy tired parents life easier but they ran me around like a headless chicken, time waisted and would not give me a refund. In the end, Amazon gave me my money back. The chair itself - negatives (sorry no positives)- When you actually look at the chair, it's made of really bad plastic and the seat is very hard to clean. - The tray is tiny!!! You can't put standard size bowels or plates on. - No foot rest (there should be to prevent choking hazards and baby not sitting upright - No way to adjust the seat itself - Definitely a trip hazardI wish I had never wasted my time on this company with such bad customer service, I wouldn't bother!!
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the Silver Cross UK service via Amazon. I placed an order for a pushchair last Thursday, specifically selecting next-day delivery, as I am a Prime member. The anticipated delivery date was Friday, as the pushchair was required for a planned weekend activity. Unfortunately, the delivery was not fulfilled, and my weekend plans have been disrupted due to the failure to meet the advertised delivery timeframe. All my son's baby equipment are all Silver Cross as I initially trust the brand now its time to look for a better brandEdited: Having received excellent assistance from their customer service, we were able to reach a satisfactory agreement, which was then delivered promptly. We are very pleased with the resolution.
