Excellent Customer Services! We wanted advice on getting a bumper bar for our second-hand Pop stroller. One was sent within 48hours. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the model we had [think it was too old!] but without hesitation, I received a refund. I was not even asked to return the bar first, but have since done so. Very impressed with the help and service.
I’m so happy with SilverCross’s customer service. Recently, I had an issue with one of their products sold on Amazon, and Amazon’s support (a total joke) couldn’t resolve it. Sally from SilverCross stepped in to help and instantly sorted out the issue. I’m very pleased, thanks to Sally, and I wish all companies had someone like her.
Silver cross Clic 2024Appalling stroller , DO NOT BUY it is soooo unstable and tips over on the slightest incline/decline .The seat is too small and narrow , baby constantly sliding down being supported only by the middle strap - used only once , does not feel safe at all.TRYING to return.
I bought a great quality REEF pram and car seat for our first born. Its served us very well. It is heavier than other models but very good quality.I was especially pleased by the handling of a faulty it developed after 18 months, the standard 3 year warranty meant I got it sent off, fixed and back to me in a week. Very good service!
We absolutely love our Reef 2 pram! It’s been a dream since our little one was born 10weeks ago. All the features of the pram are great & we can wait to use the stroller parts. Baby loves the pram too - very easy to manoeuvre and collapse. Thrilled with our pram choice
I brought the Voyager next to me crib early on in my pregnancy. While the shelf was broken, it was too late to report this issue when I found the issue. I have since purchased the Eat&Play 4-in-1 Highchair and now the Motion 2 All Size 360 car seat. The highchair is brilliant. The only advice is that the clips don't undo easy if baby chokes like I've experienced. I haven't used the Motion 2 All Size 360 car seat yet. I brought this as a competitors all travel system I brought I've had issue after issue. Silver Cross was my first choice for the car seat that will be suitable up to 12 years of age and keep baby safe on travels.
We bought a Silver Cross "Special Edition" pram in 2019 when our first grandchild was born, believing SC to be the "creme de la creme". Little did we know how wrong that was.Our first grandchild - born in 2019 - and second grandchild born in 2022 both successfully used it until the pram base wouldn't fold up to put in the car. It was obvious that the grip button on the handle wasn't retracting the clips, so I contacted SC customer services, only to be told they don't have parts. FIVE YEARS old (at the time), and they don't have parts?!! As the pram was unusable, I did my own work on it, and quickly found that the design was poor - the cable (very like a bicycle brake cable) had frayed on both sides of the button, and broken on one side. I contacted SC again, only to be given the same answer. If they don't have any cable, how on earth do they manufacture new prams?I am disgusted with their attitude. I had hoped to have it repaired, then hopefully gift it to a family who may not be able to afford a SC pram and would appreciate it. Instead, it will have to go to our recycling centre, a waste of our money and a chance to help someone in need.The lesson - avoid Silver Cross. They used to make excellent prams, but they are are now living on a currently undeserved reputation with no interest at all in dissatisfied customers.
