Review Time
I went in just before Christmas with my 92 year-old mum who had bought a pair of boots that unfortunately when she got home didn’t fit as well as she hoped it was slightly outside the return period but the extremely helpful manager said under the circumstances and my mum‘s age, he would be happy to exchange. When we visited the store in Merryhill Dudley we met the manager who then introduced us to his staff who would be helping us by the names of Pavan and Cristiana. The girls were absolutely wonderful and took a lot of time to help my mum and myself choose another pair of shoes that she would be happy with. They went out of their way to check the fit and to make sure they were exactly what she wanted and needed, I would highly recommend going to this store For the customer service as it went over and beyond what I expected. Apologies for not posting the feedback sooner but Christmas came and went in time went by thank you again all the team.
Purchased shoes online and arrived late. Shoes wrong size (correct on label but come up 1 size wrong) and needed to take back. Stated online could bring back to store but went to Cambridge branch and unhelpful staff just said computer said no. Had to send back and no local drop off within 6 miles. Told would get email within 3 weeks to say they have been received. Who knows how long to get money back. If you like the shoes get in store but stay away from online.
The help and support was excellent. Gary (store manager) and Rhiann at the Sketchers store, Fosse Park Leicester were very helpful and understanding of my particular needs. Being a male suffering from a neurological condition I had particularly needs to ensure the right type, size and fit of shoes. Their care and advice was spot on, showing that they had listened and understood my needs. I would Not hesitate to recommend these two individuals at the Fosse Park Store in Leicestershire. I hope their head office can be informed of this and that others with particular health needs/concerns are encouraged by this feedback and get the opportunity to visit them at Fosse Park Store Leicestershire. 5 ⭐️ stars.
I've been a loyal Skechers customer for years, but my recent experience at the Glendale, AZ location (7720 W Bell Rd) on 7/13/2025 left me shocked and disappointed.I visited the store with a simple question--where is the wide shoe section? When I asked the store manager, she responded curtly that she was helping someone else and immediately turned and walked away without any further acknowledgment. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which caught us off guard for such a basic question.When we later approached her to express how her behavior made us feel disrespected, instead of apologizing or clarifying, she doubled down on the attitude and told us to leave her store. I couldn't believe that level of unprofessionalism came from someone in a managerial role.This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by someone who is supposed to set the standard for customer service. I hope Skechers takes this feedback seriously, because experiences like this make customers think twice about supporting the brand.
