As amazing as their sneakers are, that's how absolutely atrocious their sandals are.I've bought their sneakers and very much enjoy them, super comfy, they've been lasting me a while, very much recommend. Bought 2 pairs of sandals and had to take them off right away, they fit weird and hurt so badly! Some spots they're far too big and others far too tight, their straps are weirdly placed, super sharp and dig into your feet. Besides that they use cheap fake leather wich is very uncomfterble. They're both going back the same day idc. Return through ups is also a pain in the *ss.
Taken payment on promise of 2 to 7 working day delivery 2 weeks later no shoes and redusing refund even though they admit they have a distribution centre issue and the item is just sat at the factory. How can you refuse a refund 2 weeks after ordering when they haven't been sent
11 days after ordering, no sign of shoes. Was told they'd be with me within 10, so by 7th April. No word, other than another american company, ups, have them. That was April 3rd. They haven't given a delivery date. Where they are is anybodies guess. Joke all round. Maybe chump and his tariffs😮. Another 2 american companies I'll be avoiding.
UPS did not sent the packet, no collaing, no mail, I contacted skechers, but they sad, its not thgeir responisibility. I think, its their responsibility, because I sent money to theri account. But I said ok, I will try UPS. I called 3 times. First call: they did not found the address, I said the address is right, they told me, they will send me the package. Second call: the did not reached the address, but i have said, they did not called me, they sent no mail, so they again promised me to send the package. Third call: they did not reached me (NO INCOMING CALLS, NO MAIL) AND DECIDED to send package back....WTF....I hope at least I will get back my money...my son is disappointed it should be a birthday gift....NO MORE SKECHERS, NO MORE UPS, dont buy from this company!!!!!
I purchased a new pair of shoes from this store, and within just one day of wearing them, the inner sole started peeling off. It was uncomfortable and made the shoes unwearable. I went back to the store to request a return and refund, but they flatly refused. Instead, they only offered an exchange. It’s really frustrating to spend money on a product that turns out to be defective, and even more disappointing when the store doesn’t stand behind the quality of what they sell. I expected better customer service and a more flexible return policy, especially in cases where the issue is with the product itself.
I ordered “Skechers Slip-ins Ultra Flex 3.0 - Brilliant”, firstly I ordered my usual size 7 and they were huge! So I returned and ordered a size 6 which was still too big, so I then ordered a size 5 which fit but I can’t believe I had to size down two whole sizes. After that I have been wearing them to work everyday for 3weeks and they squeak, I thought I may need to wear them in but after 3 weeks I would have thought they would stop squeaking by now! I spent £90 for squeaky shoes which is very embarrassing. I got in touch with the customer service by email and they recommended putting talc powder in them to reduce moisture, that didn’t help as the problem was not from moisture. Mathew then said he would give me £90 credit to purchase some other shoes which I was happy and agreed. Then I was ghosted. I heard nothing ever again! Even when I followed up on it I was ignored!
Never buy sketchers shoes , I brought a pair for work, I wore them only once, they were the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Tried to take them back to the Nottingham store, they didn’t want to know. Worst customer service. 85.00 thrown away. Avoid avoid avoid.
My review is similar to many others. £75 in the sale for the Skechers hiking trainers and they fell apart after 6 weeks without ever hiking in them. Was told no return after a month. Clearly that's the wear expectation. Will never buy them again.
My second pair of Skechers trainers. The first pair wore out after a year, and although that seemed quite a short life, I ordered a further pair of the same style because they were pretty comfortable. The second pair only lasted 15-16 weeks before the sole detached from the shoes plus the sole was so worn that small stones started pushing through to my foot. Contacted customer service with copious photos and explanation, but they said this amounted normal wear and tear. SO, if you consider 15-16 weeks of normal usage an acceptable lifespan, go ahead and give them £70+. If not, avoid Skechers. You can probably make similarly robust footwear by getting creative with an old piece of foam and a carrier bag.
