Skechers keep sending me codes for 20% off my first order but the codes don't work on every pair of shoes I've tried to use it on. I also don't have an account with Skechers it says when I try and log into my account, if I haven't got account how do they have my email address and personal details. When I have contacted them through their online form, they just ignore me, every time even though the auto-response email acknowledges they received my enquiry. Hopeless company but their shoes I do like.
I received a very unwelcoming service by a young member of staff / she was unfriendly and derisive. I would not use your services again until your staff is trained properly to help customers. Just like other reviewers here I’m STILL waiting for my order to clear customs in Belgium. I purchased my shoes from Skechers UK so why the hell are they in Belgium!? Emailing them is a total waste of time. This is my first and LAST order from Skechers online - pathetic for such a well-known brand!
Love Skechers trainers, have been buying them for my son for years as he finds their extra wide fit so comfortable. They've started this annoying trend of thinking everyone with extra wide feed must want black, when for us it's the opposite as it makes a chunky person's feet look smaller, ie not a good look. Black clothes on chunky bodies - great! Black shoes making feet look tiny, nope. Need new shoes so have to search for a new go-to brand now. If Skechers read this, please take note 🙏
Should be ZERO stars. very shady & dubious business model for rewards program, attempted two days to order footwear online but everytime cannot redeem points/rewards as get a pop-up that " OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG & REWARDS ARE UNAVAILABLE BUT CAN STILL PLACE ORDERS TO CONTINUE GETTING POINTS " . BUT otherwise app works. hmmmm. strange. there is no contact info for Skecher's & Skecher's company branded stores cannot help, management stating Skecher's company retail & on-line are completely separate & independant of each other. uninstalled app & plan on no more purchases with this company & will be sure to pass on the sketchy business practice they do.
We visited to buy new trainers before our holiday and everything was completed efficiently. I bought a pair which suited my feet and my wife bought a lovely pair of sliders. Cadi served us and she was lovely; friendly, helpful and efficient, answering our queries confidently. A pleasant shopping experience
The Skechers Store #1533 in Riocan Meadows is so organized, clean, and the staff are very helpful. I purchased a pair of the Skechers Slip Ons and I absolutely love them. Cristie was helping me in the store and she needs to be recognized for her excellent customer skills and her knowledge. She is a very dedicated employee. Mrs. Dale C. Greer
If you decide like I did to opt to purchase to try on at home. Please beware, I asked if I could return if they don't fit, they agreed as long as I had my receipt. Returned within the accounted time for returns, shoes pristine, labels on, never worn other than to try on in my house. Staff claimed the soles were muddy and pointed to a small speck of dust (wish I was kidding) and refused refund. Come to find out that the customer service is non-existent. They're being trained to refuse refunds to protect their bottom line. Protect sales. Disgusting business practice. Boo Skechers.
