Online it states 1 business day from post office to forwarder, and then 1 business day from forwarder to US. I’m a week and a half on and I’ve had to emails to even say they have my parcel. I really regret spending money on this. The customer service is shocking and I don’t think I’ll ever receive the results. Extremely disheartening. I have emailed customer service 3 times and have had nothing back
I did my test at 10 weeks - sneak peek said it was a girl. Had my anatomy scan yesterday and it was definitely a BOY! finger poke was awful btw. Took me over 45 minutes and look like I just changed a diva cup for the first time. Lady in the video made it look way easier. I will be asking for a refund but sneak peek requires you to send a birth certificate.
Did not receive results in the time advertised. Was told we were having a boy and at the scan were told we were having a girl. I followed all sterilising instructions to the letter 🤷🏻♀️ Not worth the emotional rollercoaster ladies… just wait a bit longer and pay for an early gender scan instead.
I did the finger sample method at home, got my kit on sale and it arrives so quickly. I did the sample making sure I disinfected everything 3 times before starting including my hands and the whole process was really easy to follow. I got my results within 4 days and it came back that I’m having a boy which was confirmed at a private 18 week scan! I’m now 21 weeks along and can’t wait to meet my little man 💙 loved doing the early test as a first time mum was such an exciting experience for me 😊
Stay away!! Ordered two weeks ago and my order has been stuck in limbo since. When you try to get in contact with them, they do not respond. When you leave comments on their Instagram page, they are deleted right away. Most of their followers are fake. Most of the comments are from fake followers.
I was trying to find a place to review sneak peek. But I wanted to thank them for accurate results at 9 weeks! I will say I did attempt the self kit first with pricking of the finger and I am just not good with that stuff and had it under the line and it did not mix all the way freely in the tube so that came back inconclusive. Because I’m not good with that stuff, I should’ve just done clinical to begin with which was simple and they did everything for me with mailing and such. I did fast track. I did the clinical on a Wednesday late evening and the results came Friday. Quick and easy and customer service email was great. My nipt test came back w a confirmed girl!!! I was nervous it could be wrong but it wasn’t. Great experience overall
Don’t buy it!!It’s NOT ACCURATE , especially early on. They offer a refund ONCE YOU SEND THEM BIRTH CERTIFICATE 7-9 months later. There is NO WAY OF CONTACTING them apart from emailing and they respond upto a week later. The results are NOT given for 2-3 weeks. They’re based in USA so anyone abroad like Uk are in different time zone which doesn’t help. Also Instructions manual inside does NOT give full instructions as to how to avoid wrong / inconclusive result. That’s found in a separate link on website so majority of you will do the test wrong & get false results through no fault of your own , due to poor instructions & hence contamination of your sample. Rubbish flimsy kit & absolutely disgusting customer service. Don’t expect a reply or result for atleast 3 weeks & it’s likely to be wrong. Save your money & put it towards private gender test or HARMONY BLOOD TEST which are Pricey but accurate!! Or just patiently wait for 20 week scan rather than suffering by getting wrong results
I am a very impatient person by nature so I had to give this a go. First sample came back inconclusive and I received the second kit very promptly. I followed the instructions to a T to avoid cross contamination. The results came back after 3 days. It's a boy result 💙 I am yet to receive a confirmation from my NIPT if the boy result is correct so my review is based mainly on the process so far. PS. To draw blood easily make sure you warm up your hands really well and you ll be able to get lots out!
