Review Time
The company clearly states results within 1 week, this has not been the case for my UK gender at home test. I contacted the customer service after 1 week had passed as I have had no contact since posting and tracking ability ends when it reaches the UK postal address.I have contacted via their customer service form, Instagram and Facebook with no reply.Their Instagram also doesnt publish comments that are negative...wondering if it is sensored.Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Wrong result, told me it was a boy, it was a girl, so not exactly 99.9% percent accurate as they say.. you send a sample off.. do they even check it? You write to them to tell them its wrong and guess what.. they ignore you. Dont waste your time and money
Only giving one star as I couldn’t give 0. First off I’ll start with how I am 2 weeks on with no results - my sample has been held by customs and samples held after mines have been released which leads me to believe they have not provided the correct documents to customs. Secondly the customer service is beyond shocking you never get a reply I’ve had 2 reply’s since this started (1 with tracking and 1 to send a new test for me to retest) after joining the support group on Facebook I’ve seen so many false results. I would highly NOT recommend this company it’s stressful and disheartening.
I bought this test and did the test activated the bar code and sent it in with the pre paid postage it has been an entire week + and still no results, The longest time frame for the test/results was 3/4 business days. However we are at 6+ business days and still no results. The company has no customer service phone to find out the delays. I have placed several chats/emails for the past several buisness days and no response from the company. In the next week or two we will have an ultrasound to reveal the gender and no need for the test, if ever one comes back. We had planned for a gender reveal in 3 days and mostlikly will not have it because we have no results. Very frustrasting since they cost was about $160.00. ****Shortly after posting they let me know they will have results in approx 24 hrs.
Did fast track last Thursday. FedEx said they delivered package Friday morning. Never heard a thing back. I’ve emailed and am on wait for a call back. I’ve used them before and didn’t have any issues. Something is going on but their consumers should be emailed and told of whatever delays there are or offered a refund!
This company is a joke. I received an email on Saturday confirming they had my sample and that was it. I have reached out to customer service numerous times, no one reaches out. How is this acceptable to do to expecting mothers? I want a refund and I am looking into filing a complaint with the better business bureau. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME. Not worth it.
They received my sample on 18th April and so far no result! I have contacted them numerous times but no response yet. I feel I have been scammed which what should have the happiest moment. I will contact my bank to get my money back and report the company to Ombudsman and Citizens Advise.
