Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Can't get through on the UK customer services line. Had one email response stating they were changing the shipping to UPS - and a tracking link that shows UPS do not have the parcel yet. Very angry.*update: delivered in just under 3 weeks, with compensation so raised to 3-star

Do not order if you want delivery anytime soon, wish I’d read the reviews! Ordered a solo stove 2 weeks ago, received tracking number the next day but it’s still not been dispatched! I’ve contacted customer services 3 times now and been given 3 completely different reasons why with promises to dispatch which hasn’t happened! I‘ve been given another promise of dispatch today so will wait and see! I’ll update once I receive my order.

Terrible shipping experience; Order management from Solo Stove side very poor as well. Placed my order 10 days ago and it hasn’t been delivered yet!. I am receiving constant messages from Solo and their Courier with estimated delivery times that they would never meet! Completely disappointed overall. I just cancelled the order and requested a refund. Will update once refund it’s done.

Ranger inbound…👌 finally ordered a solo stove, always thought of them as an over priced fire pit. Wow how wrong was i. Delivery arrived 3days after purchase. Clearly visible box Courier knows whats in your delivery, not good solo stove! But mine arrived. Opened to reveal my new Ranger2.0, firstly what a beautiful looking piece of craftsmanship, real quality very impressed, even the wood was smiling waiting to go in it, Secondly the size was always the problem having not seen one before, the Ranger is perfect garden/campervan/beach not too big. Perfect for family’s if it was to stay in the garden would of went biggerLastly and the best part the Fire… so easy to light, and creates a beautiful flame while giving off massive amounts of heat, this thing eats more wood than a fire breathing dragon. Logs seam to last longer and retains the heat better After 4hrs burning and flames died the marshmallows came out wonderfully roasted over the ember, now how do i put it away hot… well within an hour it was cold enough to empty the ash pan and pack back into it flashy Bag.Can’t recommend the Ranger2.0 enough, both neighbours on either side spotted it. first night’s fire, that flame attracted them both like moths to the light, Great work SoloStove Thanks GunnerG75

A great addition to our patio, but wanted to post here about their customer service.There was an issue with the delivery and I can't fault their customer service. It was head-and-shoulders above what I'm used to these days and it's so nice not to have to fret about returns etc. these days.
