I orderred some Items to my Home in Italy, I had several email exchanges checking they had the correct address. However I waiting home to take delivery which didn't happen. After many emails they said UPS lost the package. I asked for a refund to which they said I should claim on the insurance. I explained that claiming on insurance is not satisfactory. The laws in the EU clearly states that they are responsible until the package has been delivered. They went ahead and refunded me minus the insurance premium.I have contacted them and said it is not acceptable to which they promised to refund the shortfall. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing. I have chased several times and they are not responding.Please be aware that their service is very poor when something goes wrong.

Ordered from the site, went via Paypal and after confirming the payment on the Paypal app, the site took be back to there site, it said Payment confirmed and then took me to a 404 error page on the site.I contacted the live chat and HOW RUDE - you're talking to someone and without any notification they send you a canned response and close the chat!!So I'm now going to have to contact Paypal to get my money back!Avoid until they get better customer service and fix their site!!

Would leave no stars if i could. Product is good but the service is absolutely shocking. I ordered a bundle which half was delivered in July. I have been chasing the other half ever since through customer support, social media messages and cannot receive any meaningful response and i am being fobbed off. I went for the stainless steel Mesa XL as a gift for someone. Perfect for a bit of entertainment at the table or camping for warming hands or toasting a marshmallow. Definitely more about ambience than campfire but if that’s what you’re after buy the Ranger or something else instead.

I'm having the same issue as a previous poster, I have been waiting two weeks for confirmation of shipping and have had multiple queries ignored and when they did respond they misquoted the expected processing time, and when I told them this they responded and said there was a problem with my order so they have generated a new order number. Just got hold of someone on the support line after a 40 min wait on hold and they could not help me other than say your order is in the system and we are waiting on the warehouse to get back to us. Update 1 - Ok, so an update, unfortunately item still has not arrived. After being told that it was sent out however was lost before it left the warehouse, the latest update was the item was on backorder and now they have replenished stock, they could have mentioned that while I was ordering or in response to the numerous times I contacted them. I feel like this whole experience is a very frustrating unfunny comedy sketch. Update 2 - So now they have gone all quiet on me again. After saying they had stock and sending me a fulfillment email 4 days ago, it still does not show any tracking or delivery date and I was on hold for 1.5 hours today before I hung up, I also emailed them and logged a ticket and am yet to get a response. I am at the point where I am cancelling my order to get a refund yet they are unreachable to do so. I'm pretty sure based on reviews its a great product yet the customer service has been diabolical. Perhaps its a lucky dip and I have come up with a big zero?
