The staff are outstanding—very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They assisted me in finding the best deal for the glasses I required, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. There was a wide selection of glasses available at reasonable prices.
I arrived 10 minutes early to pick up my glasses but felt completely overlooked. I made the mistake of not fitting the typical customer profile (arrived on a mobility scooter). While I waited for assistance, I was ignored, while other customers who came in after me were promptly attended to. This was the second issue I faced regarding these glasses, as my initial eye test results were not documented and had to be redone. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and while the staff seemed busy, the disregard for an older disabled individual felt quite inconsiderate.
I found them to be friendly, humorous, and welcoming, but they did provide me with the incorrect form for claiming expenses; it's understandable that not everyone knows every detail. The staff member on Saturday was exceptional, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism. I wish I had noted her name.

Ultimately, I left feeling dissatisfied with my choices and the higher costs than expected. Overall, I would advise others to stand firm in their selections when choosing glasses.
