The girl who did the test etc was very…

The girl who did the test etc was very patient and kind explained things to me. I made a few mistakes but she continued to be patient and that means an awful lot especially as you get older. We had a bit of ‘chat’ between us and that was pleasant as well. I will certainly be using your services again.

No on-line appointment management

Although it is possible to make an appointment online. you cannot subsequently manage or cancel it. I needed to cancel a hearing appointment today. I could not do so online and despite phoning the Worthing store twice no-one from the hearing team was available.
