The staff were friendly and professional. The Optometrist gave my eyes a thorough examination and test. She answered all my question satisfactorily and talked me through the results of my OCT scan. A very good experience. Well done Specavers.
Came for eye test, when glasses arrived they didn’t seem right went back in several times to be told that they were definitely the correct prescription each time, but wearing them made me feel sick and not pleasant trying to wear them. Eventually a retest was done and a completely different prescription was done and glasses remade. This is my first time with glasses so not the best experience for confidence in eyes being tested and the correct prescription being made for me.
Ifell off my bike and lost my glasses! I just dropped in to Specsavers and within 20 minutes I had confirmed that I would have my current prescription lenses fitted, chosen new frames, got them measured al by genuinely friendly people. Of course they were not cheap but very good value.
