Review Time
Whilst there were plenty of staff on duty, it would appear that far too many customers were offered appointments at the same time. The waiting area is inadequate for the number of people waiting therefore some people unable to sit with their partner of with whom they are acompaning, a mother and daughter were there during my appointment and there was nowhere for them to sit together . I had to wait a considerable time between seeing the optical assistant and the optician and then felt rushed to choose frames for my glasses as many people were waiting and talking. I am very disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic service, friendly, efficient and clear about options for my glasses. Prescription lenses for my existing frames and I bought another pair for home use, again including my prescription lenses. Had a text message within the week to advise the glasses were ready for collection. I have mentioned this service to friends, who now also plan to visit Specsavers.
