From the moment I entered the store, I received a friendly greeting, and there was no waiting before I received a comprehensive examination, all the way through to choosing a new frame. The whole process was professional, friendly and explained clearly, with time taken for me to ask and discuss my particular concerns. What was even more incredible was walking out of the store after waiting only 45 minutes after the whole process to leave with my new glasses!(This was at the READING Broad Street store).
Excellent experience from start to finish. My first contact was Struan, who booked my appointment and clearly explained what to expect on the day. My optician, David, expertly guided me through the examination, answered all my questions, and discussed the changes in my eyesight since my last prescription. Afterwards, I spoke with Sam about frame options, lens tints, and available vouchers—everything was handled professionally. My glasses were ready for collection just ten days later. Highly recommended.
