Optician clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. The assistant helping me to choose glasses was extremely helpful, polite and attentive. He went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with my choices and did all the preparation for the order competently,
The staff in the front were terrible. Condescending. Rude whispering behind their hands to each other in front of customers. Pushy. Verbally they sounded like they were addressing someone without a brain. I really felt uncomfortable.
From my first visit through the front door I was treated with respect and kindness at all times I was made to feel at ease and the eye test was made very easy even help with choosing my new frames was given with care respect to all the staff A+++++++
