I have noticed for years now that the my local shops do not have a cleaner. Consequently, it becomes someone else's job. It is very noticeable how dirty their work consols and tables are. In the interest of a good impression and hygiene it is important to keep them clean. No-one cleans or dusts where customers sit to put their details into your system and have glasses fitted and it is dirty. Your pricing policy fools No-one. Two for one just means you pay X for 2 pairs which most buy anyway. A bigger selection on the £15-30 range would be welcome. Hope you accept constructive criticism in the helpful way it is meant. Had a home visit arranged, waited in for 5 hours no phonecalls. They phone called after they "left" claiming they couldn't find any parking spots .. no phonecalls whilst looking for parking spots, as could have easily told them there are actually spaces.Wasted a day, but what does it matter right, just a disabled customer.
