Do not buy a bottle from this Stanley EU directly because if you want to send it back for whatever reason they take 2 months to get back to you and then it will be outside of their return window which makes it virtually impossible to return. I have replied to X10 emails and I keep getting the same answer. I am probably "speaking" to a robot! The worst customer service I have had in a very long time! Funnily enough their US counterpart was very receptive but unfortunately they could not help me as it's EU.
Sent an item back for a refund in early July and received an email on the 22/7 to say it was being processed and would take up to 10 days. Finally received my refund almost 2 months later on 12/9 after many messages back and fourth to their instagram page. I’d almost accepted at this point I would never see the money again. The responses from the customer service team via their website were useless but the only reason I’m giving a 2 star review instead of 1 star is based on the fact the customer service on their instagram page were fairly fast to respond and keep me updated.
I purchased the ice flow flip straw bottle from one of their resellers.I asked them a specific product question as I was unsure whether the scuff mark on the inside of the bottle was an issue, they ignored my email once I told them I had purchased it from one of their authorised resellers.I tried to assume a good opinion and told myself that my email may have gotten lost amongst their other emails, therefore I asked another question from their web form; this time they responded and said that because I had not purchased the bottle from their website that they couldn’t answer my question. I tried to explain that the question was about the product and I wasn’t asking to return the product to them or anything related to that, I just wanted to clarify if the scuff mark on my bottle would cause any lead to leak and hence be unsafe. They couldn’t answer such a simple question. Extremely poor customer service. I’m returning my bottle back to the reseller and asking for a refund, this company is a joke.
Would give no stars if allowed!!!! Customer service is obviously from another country…. Asked for a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy and that they would call me back today…. It is a new day and they have still not called me back!!!! Accidentally placed an order and called immediately to cancel and they stated that it was too late to cancel that the label was already created!?! My email that was sent right before I called stated that they are sorry but the delivery will be 7-10 business days for non customized orders. Can’t imagine why anyone would EVER CONSIDER GIVING THIS SCAM COMPANY A DIME!!!! Very disappointed and disturbed!!!!
I placed an order on their website 8 days ago, paid for it, delivery was meant to take 2 to 3 working days, yet I still don't have my product. I've contacted their customer service and get no response...Absolutely terrible service!! Would not recommend them to anyone.
Mislead in the advertising, because they say it’s not made from plastic but the whole cap + straw is plastic, they say it’s a healthy cup with no chemicals or other bad things, i try to return it on Facebook messenger they don’t respond, i send them2 e-mails they don’t respond i am never ever gonna buy anything anymore in my life from stanley cups , goodbye 50€
