I purchased a Stanley tumbler based on reviews stating that drink and ice stayed cold for over 24hrs. Unfortunately this was not my experience, In fact the exact opposite occurred, drink stayed cold for less then 4 hrs, iced melted after 30 minutes. Very disappointing. $50 later. I'll stick to Yeti
This is an awful awful site, they do not ship to ur address, it says it was delivered and signed for 500 miles away from my house, I contacted them multiple times, and they kept saying they will “inquire” with the carrier, (they did not) this is fraud and not a legit website at all
This website is LITERALLY a scam! I purchased 2 Stanley cups and paid. After LITERALLY a minute of receiving the email mentioning about my purchase, I got another email mentioning that my order was cancelled due to fraud (they say that their system identified me as a fraud, sure, of course, I am fraud, they take my money and don't give me back, so I am a fraud of course), just like that. I did not have any refund so far, and the way the thing is going (no contact from them at all), I won't have it.So DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE, buy from other places, unless you want to lose money.
I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. It’s been almost a month. I ordered 2 Stanley cups. Grandkids Christmas gifts! One came. The other never has. I have contacted them at least 4 times and each time the reply after 2-3 days is that they will check on the order. Never hear from them again. I let them know they were Christmas gifts. One grandchild will be very disappointed! They could have at least told offered me another color or style. But nothing! I’ve asked for a refund and haven’t got it yet! Poor customer service! Poor order fulfillment! Poor communication!
I placed an order for three customized tumblers on October 4, 2023. It is now December 22 and I have yet to receive anything. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions. Initially was told 2-3 week turnaround when I followed up 2.5 weeks after my order. I have followed up multiple times since with zero response. Then out of nowhere they reached out to me to request that I make adjustments to my artwork. I did and asked for an exact expected ship date. They did not respond. That was end of November. Now it’s Christmas and I’ve received nothing. We’re on hold again with their customer service and will be demanding a refund. I will never buy another item from them again.
If I could give a minus I would I received the wrong order, camping set instead of 5 quenchers. I called and they sent a return label. I sent it out the next day. I have it verified they received the return items. It has been 5 weeks and still no refund or replacement items. You can not reach them by phone and they send out a computer generated answer on email. I am so disappointed in a company that I used to respect!
I placed an order for a water tumbler on November 30th. They charged my VISA on December 1st. I still have not received the order. I’ve been placed on hold each time I’ve called, let complaints online, and have yet to receive any response, other than an email saying they received the complaint. Regardless if I receive this, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This company is incompetent and operates fraudulently. I intend on getting a full refund.After many complaints via email, a customer representative contacted me. The next day, my order was delivered December 22. The shipping label had December 13th listed. So, the Stanley Cup was the correct color, in good shape, and delivered before Christmas. 👍 I contacted them to let them know it arrived. I DID NOT report them to the BBB.
This company is terrible. They won’t respond to emails. They ship packages in the actual box and it gets beat up. I will never buy anything from this company. They are pathetic. I ordered something for Christmas and it hasn’t shipped. They will not respond to my emails. I’m going to try and turn them in to the better business bureau if I can.
Purchased 3 cups and so far every single one has failed. Company’s warranty covered all 3. 1st one replaced mid summer 2023. Other 2 were gifts for Christmas. Stanley 1913 approved warranty claims but still have not heard from them about replacements. I have now contacted them 5 more times since January and not one response from them.
